You can net gun then. I was able to net one when it was blue and hover over it. But they move fast once they break out and the action button to mount it is only on screen for a second so you gotta be fast

I suggest 50 times taming speed so you only need 1 mutagen for up to level 70 wyrms I suggest a fabricated sniper with 50 or so bullets.

When weakening the Voidwyrm, I recommend using HLN-A to your advantage, as you can tell when it’s getting weak so you don’t accidentally kill it.

When taming they might fly into the cracks in the wall and reset. Also might get stuck and say has to be in space biome to tame. Just a heads up

When you are taming these your actual character has to damage them before you can mount them to begin taming. Your dino comes out brings it below 10% health and then you must damage them to be able to mount. A single punch worked for me when I flew up to it after I had brought it below 10% health with my dino.

Voidwyrm are hard to tame need end game tamed

Dont know if it still works but if you pick a voidwyrm with a skiff after riding it then immediately hopping off you can passive tame it while it's being held in the tractor beam

You need to get it to 10 percent health so I would use a fabricated sniper with 50 bullets.

I have tamed numerous of these on th cluster I play on(5x taming). I have found them to be extremely easy to tame, except when they fly into a loading screen and buck me off. Otherwise, I use a skiff to grapple them. Once grappled you can use HLNA to scan the stats which allows you to easily see its health to avoid killing it for the tame. Being that they cannot attack while they're grappled with the skiff I drop their health with a combo of sword, pike, pick, and fists to get it very low health. After which you can release it and using the tek suit speed boost just tank the breath attack and jump on its back. Don't tank too many as you'll eventually get knocked out. Can mount the skiff to use stims or healing items. Then it's just a matter of timing the feedings properly, which just watch the prompt at the bottom and not the actual barrel roll. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to reset the taming effectiveness. The lvl190 I recently tamed bucked me off and I tanked the breath a bit too much and passed out. She nipped at me until I woke up and when I remounted her, the TE was at 99.4. Ultimately I tamed her with max effectiveness, but I've chalked it up as a fluke.

I think these things are a pain to tame and love to do their electrical attack! Even with a riot shield they can hit you! When they bite try to block it. It’s hard to get on their back so after you lower it’s health shoot it like two or three more times so if it regenerates you still have time to get on it’s back to feed it. I think the best weapons are to take a mini gun for any other creature that try to kill you. An assault rifle for draining its health. Warning! Flamethrowers are bad they can’t really hit it unless you are super close and also if it’s about a ten percent the fire will damage it and the voidwyrm will die. It’s good to also take a fabricated sniper rifle to get its attention and shoot it from a far range.

You cannot steal voidywyrm babies up so others don’t try.

1: Since they are wyvern that spawn 8 increments higher than max wild level plus mutagen are so annoying to stock up, this is a Sanguine worthy creature however it requires some swift actions.

2: Sanguine cannot be consumed while floating, kite/bait your target of choice towards any location you can stand on the ground. Do not consume Sanguine before the stagger animation (regardless of blue flames) especially if you use automatic weaponry, as the animation is the trigger for starting taming sequence.
