I found one on the island around the green ob.... pain to tame... wouldn’t go into the taming pen I made... so I died a ton. I saw a tip about chain bolaing them not feed them and then once they brake free bola them again and feed them for a easy tame. Worked beautifully for me. NORMAL BOLAS DO NOT WORK FOR TAMING, only chain bolas. Normal will stop them but you get a msg saying to try a chain to tame.

First off, you can use a regular bola on them. It will immobilize them like normal, however you still cannot feed them. You can only feed them when they are Chain Bola'd.

Second, the easiest and fastest method we have found is to trap them and then shoot them until their health is low, which will cause their food to rapidly decrease in order to heal the damage. Let their food get down past half, maybe even 25% and you can feed them once every 5 secs or so to tame them super quick. Good luck out there.

Grapple to it for easy taming. More effiecent than trapping

Found a 145 female on official Ragnarok console. We are feeding it (yellow) exceptional kibble. After the first feeding, it took 38 minutes before it was hungry again. The first feed tamed it 31.9%. This is during the x4 taming event.

I think it's food depletion rate is bugged. If this was x1 taming with kibble, it'd take over 10 hours. That can't be the way its supposed to be right?

You may need like 5 Air conditioners to hatch eggs.

This creature will be most likely as high up as a quetzal. I would prefer to tame it using a quetzal platform saddle, and then escape on a tapejara once its targeted at you. Your quetzal can tank the damage while you shoot on your Tapajara. Make sure you get some fish (or the preffered kibble) and then once it’s knocked out, feed it. (If the torpor drop rate is released, bring some narcotic if it drops fast)

I hatched an egg and got triplets. None showed their maturation percentage bar but were fine.

Just stay with them until juvenile then have a trough full of cooked meat.

Hi I tamed up a trope after several tries. I first thought that it was a knock out tame I then later found out that it is passive so I highly recommend that you check your Dododex before taming something!! Don’t be like me
