Knocking it out was only slightly difficult, my high level Direbear tanked the damage until I could pump enough tranq darts in to him. The hard part for me as keeping it asleep and alive. I actually built a custom little house next to the unconscious dude and started producing narcotics to feed it. I took the thing down near the base of the bug volcano on the island and it gets freezing cold there at night. I'm fairly positive the extreme cold was killing there creature to I had to sit there and force feed the thing, losing all taming effectiveness but keeping it alive. Suffice it to say the game worked, though it's definitely the hardest I've done, and I still have my Theriz to this day.

This thing is a beast, when trying to tame a 135 it was doing 40 damage a hit and I had 1800 armor score. The only way to tame a high level is to trap it because like I said they are BEASTS!

Force feed meat tames faster food goes down and torpor goes up

Easy to knock it out, harder to tame it. I tamed two theris and mated them, i got twins and i was very happy. Taming it its very hard, in order to knock it out, be at a high rock, then get tranq arrows then knock it out.

Use large bear traps to trap it and tranq it

Make sure the rock you’re shooting from is high enough... also will chase you across half the damn map. RIP me

If your taming this monster make sure to use a trap! High lvls Insta sleep you and kill! Make sure to tame with a tribe mate so it’s easier. Up for noobs to see. - dude who wrote Iggy taming thing

Just use nets and tranqs and then it's mind numbingly easy

He is so strong so you need to stay away use tranq arrows and cross bow DONT EVER USE BOW OR YOU WILL BE DIED AS YOUR FRIEND 😉😉

I see alot of people saying these are difficult to tame all you need to do is nutgun it place 4 large metal bilboards around it then tranq it, this method also works with every ko tame smaller than a rex

The best place to find one of theese funny little stalker t rexes is swamps or near mountains don’t get to close unless you are strong enough to kill I normally build traps for tickle chickens what you should use:4 stone foundations (or 8 depending on size of trap) any sloped roof and 3 stone walls 1 stone door frame and a dooor : to guide it into trap get a flyer tapijara pterry or argy is fine agroit and fly over trap BOOM now tranq it out when it’s unconscious give it rockcarrots or anything and make sure to have around 50-100 narcotics when it wakes up tamed call it potato sausages happy hunting everyone

get some dinosaur gates, 4, and metal, make a half box, it should look like this from the top

|_|, then, put a large bear trap in the middle, lure the dodo on steroids into the trap, on a tame or not i don’t really care, once it’s trapped quickly hop off your tame/run the to the other side and place the other gate so it it can’t escape. then, if you didn’t bring taming stuff… why. anyways go run yo your base and grab like, what? 60 tranq darts? if its level 100+, though, and THEN knock it out, and boom, you have a steroid dodo! congrats! To tame these you genuinely need kibble anything else and it takes almoast an hour to tame it. Normally this wouldnt be a problem for some players but ot wakes up in around 5 muinites and takes around 50 narcotics to put it back to sleep. You would have to do this around 15 more times to starve tame even a low level one. Use kibble.

In fact, they can raise your Exp. high if your level lower than the expected level to get its saddle (lvl. 69). To tame it, I recommend to stay by its side while it’s sleeping after knocking it out. Then apply soothing balm to speed up the process. Give it vegetables. If the torpid happens to drop fast, use bio toxins. [reminder: If your a noob, wait until you get a crossbow and arrows to knocks it out.]

Take the high ground where it can't reach you and start using tranq arrows/darts to knock it out. Either stock up on narcoberries beforehand or after and you are set.

At first, stay away at all costs. Although Freddy Couger here seems to be extremely powerful (which he is), he has a very low toupor rate, so only takes a few narcotic arrows and he’s down, whether you’re trying to kill him or tame, or just get away. But if you are trying for it’s tame, it has losses toupor fast, so bring plenty of narcotics.

If you want to tame this thing then grab 3 large bear traps and 16 tranq arrows and carry a bunch of bio toxin in my opinion bring like 50 or 75 and bring berries like at least 136

I tamed a lvl 150 before via using 2x2 foundation and 2 walls high with a ramp on the side. All I used were stone. Took me long before I tamed it but it's worth. It can defend my base from anything,though she's only my resource dino.
