Useful creatures very dangerous but once tamed they are so useful I killed 5 Rex's with my tamed level 43 Therizino so useful and it's damage one of the best games for me

These things are great for Boss fights and PVP...they completely ignore all armor and just put in massive damage. Great for harvesting as well.

Overview-

Therizinosaurus is well… A triceratops a steroids. Practically can do everything a triceratops can but just better. Great attackers, harvesters, and overall just a great dinosaur.

Food for Taming-

I tested it myself and apparently they don’t eat meat. They are just aggressive. I’ve seen a lot of people think it eats meat but it doesn’t. They are herbivores!

Encountering-

90% chance you can’t outrun it. I think you need about 190% movement or more to run away. If you just want there claws then use another dinosaur like a trex or spino. But just a level 7 can do 100+ DAMAGE. That’s with a taming de buff too.

Utility-

They can harvest more than 1000+ wood with only one swipe! Again that is just for a level 7! Not even a 150. They are also practically just a herbivore Rex. They can do big amounts of damage

Ive had multiple traumas woth these guys but when i saw one coming to my base i started operation theri-(things im not allowed to say)saurus wich was to bow him down while he was getting damage by spikes and it worked, i overestimated the power of the wooden spikes. Trust me, you need spikes to kill a theri wih low level

They eat like a tortoise, very slowly.

When you use the fiber gathering key by a jungle fern you gather rockkarrots.

I would find a cliff and grapple to it hang off the side so it can’t reach you or anything else so then you can shoot off of a cliff safe and sound.

Never mess around with these.if you see one run away

These creatures are what me and my friends like to call “rex killers”. They are more than just a berry harvesting herbivore, they can also put up good fights against big carnivores, often winning.

These guys/girls are a need tame all that I did to tame him was sit on a rock and shot it in the head with tranqs. Just do that and you should be fine.

Super hard to tame but I'd say they're worth it. Great gatherers and it's fun to watch them kill things

Start with a level 5-15. Use a ramp and drop in wood taming raft. Your new tame will make it cake to gather recourses for a 150 level. You will also have experience in taming this Dino so you don’t mess up the 150 level. It’s a time consuming tame but it’s the best work horse and defender combo. Once you go tickle chicken you don’t go back. Every other tame session you have will be easier due to the usefulness of this tame.

It'll spot you before you spot him use everything in your power to survive run away, jump from a cliff or swim it'll never let you go and it can take you down in 3-6 slashes

Use around 30 narc arrows and maybe a trike for narc berries (to feed) and let it chase u into a door frame trap

If you get or already have a soothing balm, use any berries with the soothing balm activated to tame it very quickly. That’s how I got mine taming it with berries. (I got the soothing balm from free gift). Hope this helps, good luck!
