You need huge amounts of narcotics to tame this dino, the Dododex calculation is no where near the amounts needed. You also can leave it for more than 3-4 minutes ss the torpor drain is so fast best tamed with a friend so someone can fetch raw prime fish for you.

Such a pain to tame, torpor drops fast and they can kill u very easily. Grab with kaprosuchus and tranq it then have fun with an upgraded raptor!

If you bola them while they are standing in water they may drown

I used sum toxic arrows. And he knocked out. Took a while

to tame. I got him and I took him home.

If you're on valguero, head into the redwoods on a wyvern (if you have one) and then pick one up, take it out the redwoods, put it on a piece of grassy land and the Bola it while on the wyverns back, then just tranq it! trust me, this is literally the easiest way to tame them lol

This was super inaccurate, I do really like Dododex but I tamed a lvl 145 Terror Bird and the results were waaaaay different than what it said it would be.

Just pick a terror bird up and take it to a safe area then use a bola then you got a terror bird by.the way this is the best way to tame a high level

When trying to tame a terror bird or even a raptor you could use a simple trap to tame them,get 3 bolas (just incase),have four fence foundations ,(wood,or stone),and have four wall ,(also wood or stone),get their agrro,bola it and trap it as fast as you can,you don’t have to be neat but you have to make gaps close together,but still have enough space to shoot from,then put the walls and then boom it’s trapped!

If you tame one with no stamina he can't kill you cuz he has no stamina but beware since you tamed one with no stamina he can't run you can fix that by attacking a creature

Land your pt near the terror bird and then get it to run at you, if you are low level you can then bola it before knocking it out or if you have an asc longneck then there like 2 shots.

If you run into one and want to tame it do these three steps 1 run somewhere it can't get 2 knock it unconscious with about 50 tranq arrows if you don't have tranq arrows then use a slingshot you'll need about 200 shots 3 wait about 3 minutes for it to get hungry don't forget to feed the narcotics and then put your meat in and you have yourself a terror bird

Once I found one terror bird and once I defeated it 2 others were attacking my scorpion Micru and sadly....Micru died TwT pls like dis tip so I can find a new scorpian. Btw they eat meat,I was trying to feed it berries tho so feed dem meat.

If you are taking a terror bird there are 3 ways to do it depending if you are solo or with friends.Method number one is to pick it up with a argy or quetz and have a friend tranq it or simply just pick it up and put it in a taming pen.If you have lots of health and are feeling risky you can try to kite it around and tame it that way. Be warned terror birds lose torpor very quickly so be prepared with lots of narcotics or narcoberrys

How to tame them:

1. Try finding 1 tettor bird alone.

2. Throw the Bola at em

3. Knock them out with the arrows.

4. Put meat in their inventory.
