I can only find dead terror birds

This little terror can glide when you tame and ride it so pump all your points into stamina

When trying to tame a terror bird or even a raptor you could use a simple trap to tame them,get 3 bolas (just incase),have four fence foundations ,(wood,or stone),and have four wall ,(also wood or stone),get their agrro,bola it and trap it as fast as you can,you don’t have to be neat but you have to make gaps close together,but still have enough space to shoot from,then put the walls and then boom it’s trapped!

If you tame one with no stamina he can't kill you cuz he has no stamina but beware since you tamed one with no stamina he can't run you can fix that by attacking a creature

These little dudes killed me in two hits these thing are strong. I have never killed one but I never see them.

The dumb birds aren’t even that scary. One of the reasons I live in the redwoods is to avoid the raptors

On the island they are mainly in the redwoods. On scorched they are everywhere. On aberration they do not spawn. Extinction same. Genesis part 1 is also the same as extinction and aberration where they do not spawn.

I got two and in three days a have over fifty they are awesome they can rip through a Rex with ease I recommend them for boss fights

Land your pt near the terror bird and then get it to run at you, if you are low level you can then bola it before knocking it out or if you have an asc longneck then there like 2 shots.

Terror Birds are very fast animals so out running them will be hard so more movement speed will be needed for this and combat on foot will be relatively easy considering they share almost the same stats as a raptor, so low health

If you run into one and want to tame it do these three steps 1 run somewhere it can't get 2 knock it unconscious with about 50 tranq arrows if you don't have tranq arrows then use a slingshot you'll need about 200 shots 3 wait about 3 minutes for it to get hungry don't forget to feed the narcotics and then put your meat in and you have yourself a terror bird
