Fairly easy to kill even in groups of three , just spam the sword and strafe sideways while they attack.

Super good scout such a fun mount can’t carry very much though. Can glide this also makes it a amazing scout. Just jump off a cliff and you’ll glide!

They are easily killed with a raptor mount though I recommend not going into their habitat cuz every time I try to tame 1 there’s always an alpha there this time it was alpha direbear 😑😑😑

I have mixed felling a about this feathered jerk. I had knocked out a Rex and went meat collecting. When I came back, a terror bird was killing it. I shot arrows at the bird, but the bird killed the Rex. I slightly like it because you can glide to safety with it

Only reason to try to get close to this thing is to show other people on the server that you don't fear death.

Step 1: Make a 2x1, wood or higher, open celling, ramp on side.

Contrary to the wiki and the headshot chart, these jumpy little bastards do *not* have a headshot modifier. Just aim for center of mass.

Torpidity drains super fast on these. Practically have to spam narcos the whole time, don't leave unattended.

head modifier is a lie, be it either the beak, the eye or his ass everything gets the same damage, so shoot the amount of tranqs/arrows required for the body or you will en up chasing it

have to admit chasing one with a crossbow while riding another terror bird was fun

Downside: it's weight. So low jfc.

They are not the best for platform by far, so avoid cave activities that require lots of traversing platforms. Can be useful for open path running.
