FUN FACT: Spinosauruses can only be found on rivers

I tamed this thing WITHOUT using any traps. It's simple just get about 20 or 10 tranq arrows then shoot it. Always remember to tame a low level. I tamed a level 10 and it was not easy. Make sure you have 20 cooked prime meat. You'll also need 70 narcotic which you can put it in the inventory of the spino then feed him with it. You'll have to wait and keep feeding it just keep it unconcius so the hunger of the spino decreases. Make it to 2135 hunger so you can put your cooked prime meat and tame it. Now you know how to tame it. Be the king of the island!!!

Too overrated, they say it is better because it is “cooler” than Rex

Rex is wayyy more tanky

Rex doesn’t have to go in rivers

Rex is easier to tame

Rex is better for boss fights

Rex can one shot more creature

Why Spino can Kill my Brontosaurus

The base attack of this creature is much weaker than t-rex, even though the secondary attack is almost the same as rex but still, rex have their buff.

But don't be sad, this beast is absolutely king of the river, their attack speed is around 2 or even 3 times faster than rex, even though they're bigger than rex, they have pretty low health but they're able to run! Yes running is impossible for rex!.

I tamed one of this in low level, and a low level rex, they're able to take down every therizino in my territory.

if you dont want to use a trap cause of the lack of resources,use a dino with atleast 2000+ health and a saddle,and about 11 spike walls to protect your spino.but if you dont have 150+ narcotics,you might need bio toxins or more narcotics,i needed lots of narcotics and a few bio toxins

Since they usually around rivers there is often a cliff near by that you can fly up to and rain tranqs without needing a trap. The cliff also works as a wall meaning you need less spikes to defend it while its down.

Ez way to taming spino

Step 1 : ready a bow with tranq arrow/toxicant arow or anything that can make spino knock out

Step 2 : ready 3 large bear trap

Step 3 : dont forgot narcotic and meat (better use argentavis kibble)

Step 4 : place large bear trap

Step 5 : make spino get traped on large bear trap

Step 6 : after spino got on large bear trap u just need to knock out it

Last step : the spino is yours congrats

Bonus : u can use shooting balm

They might be awesome but they’re really hard to kill I tried to Tame and it was hard I try to beat it up with my club and my Club broke! So I just ran away but it followed me I tried to find it a bunch but I died So they are cool but stay away from them

I was flying then saw a spino level 21 then I landed then I was tranqing him in till he got knock out then he was running one I shot 2 tranqs I shot him 10 times then it fell I put raw fish meat and raw meat then I tamed him.please hit the arrow so it is green👍🏻

The best to tame is to tame an low level creature, make sure he have all its hp and shoot narco arrows at it, then go and kill some salmons with a Metal Sickle to get Primefishmeat, so you will need only small amount of narcotics, and when he is nearly get up hit him with an Club (only when it's critical) that's how I tamed a spino with level 26

2nd time taming a spino the trap didn't work and my pteranodon killed it

People are idiotic spinos are better than rexes and here’s my proof. spino on hind legs is more powerful and does more damage spino on all 4s is way faster get your facts straight idiots. Spinos are better than Rex and if you don’t agree I don’t care go cry to your mom that I’m mean. IRL spino is still better because it bigger stronger and would likely win in a fight so stop saying the pathetic rex is better cause in the end your just mad that it’s better-the defender of spino, lava the dilo

When encountering one of these dont run walk up to it and it will back down. Dont listen to people who say otherwise
