This is Rockwell’s side of the story:He is an inventor and maybe anatomist who makes it through the island and scorched earth but when he gets to aberration the story changes. He wants to study so he injects himself with fluid element and turns into... this Rockwell. Later on(in extinction) the world is controlled by element and it’s a valuable resource. Later in Genisis 1 in the end he grabs you and pulls you somewhere. In genisis 2 he brought you to a ship that he controls. Not much is known about genisis 2 but we think Rockwell wants power and to be a god so you might fight him in genisis 2.

Rockwell’s rage (chapter 1)
The ark fell down faster than the other arks that was descending down slowly. Aberration was different, because it got corrupted and malfunctioned it was never even supposed to exist. It crash landed on earth destroying the ark even more, now Rockwell was free.
-At last I’m free... I’m finally free! Rockwell shouted, but it only came out as a loud scream instead. Rockwell’s plan of revenge was starting to come true.

Rockwell is Sir Edmund Rockwell ,who in aberration injected molten element into his right arm which then made him become a hideous monstrosity that killed most of the Tek Tribe and was banished when Mi Yein and Helena fought him in the ARK’s deepest cavern; He accidentally fell into the Guardian Chamber where he became the The ARK’s New Overseer.
Rockwell became this “thing” after finding liquid element/edmuntium and injecting it into his shinehorn
Mutating it and after the tribe he belonged to wouldn’t let him have any mor test subjects he injected himself in the arm slightly changing him he then injected his chest which completely changed him into big Rockwell
Actually, this is what happened:
Rockwell became obsessed with element, injected his two bulbdogs with it, and the survivor’s of the tek village slayed them, where later Rockwell injected himself with it (maybe a few survivors?) and then destroyed the tek village, while Helena and mei yin found another way to ascend off aberration. And the corrupted master controller is just Rockwell’s virus AI, so he isn’t a servant.
Rockwell’s rage (chapter 2)
Rockwell’s control room, a sight to behold indeed! Many layers of paradise, and everything is monitored! Yet Rockwell’s reach is not limited by the ARK, he calls home, as the overseer of an ARK, you need to be responsible! Rockwell test subjects always obey, they are maid to slaughter! Cold hearted beasts Rome his now, magnified home! He’s original plans were to rule the galaxy, taking control of a colony ship, for better reach towards the stars! But he changed his mind, “That pesky survivor could destroy my plans, I need a better idea!” He says to himself, finally gaining back his voice! A tentacle whips aggressively in the air, swiping a survivor into a wall, giving the corrupted enforcers a splendid meal. The hidden paradise, is located under the sanctuary, that is soon fully under Rockwell’s command!
