So I tamed mine by an accident?

So I was just chilling in my base, deciding how I should go about taming a titantaboa when, all of the sudden, a T-Rex and a stego start full on BRAWLING right outside my window. I didn't want them getting closer to my dearly beloved sarco, so I went outside and started shooting the T-Rex with arrows. I had traq arrows on and didn't realize it, so I knocked out the T-Rex by accident. Taking the chance I tamed him and now I have a neon green rex chilln' near my back door.
