Update for the Tapeha story:

Well well, after some grind the newest tapejara was finally at 157.5% speed. I tamed a female pulmonoscorpius, and after a long while got her eggs, enough for two kibbles, pretty much a boost for teo rex tames, and thanks to that, I was able to tame a Female and a male Rex, and later on an oviraptor (which supposedly give a boost to mate-boosts eggs) and got three Rex kibbles ready, this time, longneck rifle with darts, why can’t I put a scope with the darts on the longneck? Maybe due to the dart drop over distance? Idk, it doesn’t matter, I was ready. Something I’ve learned over the time is that I don’t need to pre hunt prime meat with most of my tames, usually there’s a paracetarium or any carnivores around them so I can just hunt them for both protection and prime! I lost my ascendant sword tho, which is a freaking boomer but hey, normal swords work too.

So, I got into the newest tapejara, (I’m going to name her in a while, survivor and a freaking fighter, she killed two argentavis on her own, and helped me tame two rexes, two allosaurus(es?) and plenty other minor tames, powerful lady.) and went looking for the previously seen male lvl1 quetzal, which wasn’t that far away from my base also (making a base on the radius spawn of the red obelisk is worth it), spotted it, same strategy

Oh and btw, I was going to write down the strat on the tips here, when I found out SOME PEOPLE HAS ALREADY DISCOVERED IT! I thought I was an original man, a visionary, but now, now, I still am one since I didn’t knew other people had done it previously. Anyways:

Still same tapeha strat, and oh gosh, how fast was tapeha on the first time? The newest tapejara was almost as fast as tapeha or faster, she was keeping up with the quetzal even closer, and the longneck helps a lot, two headshots and 3 body shots, but thats with the 343 dmg which boosts the tranq dart efficiency from 26 to 86 tranq dmg, it was easy, and the location was perfect, top of a small mountain before the swamp and redwood forest, I was protected from most beasts and had an almost 360 degree view of carnivores protection and theris, oh gosh those bastards. Left it there for starving and started hunting potential dangers, until I saw a paracetarium, on boy the primes, got five from using the sword, had I used the tapejara it’d be way more but hey, it was worth it, used around 35 narcotics to maintain the quetz on torpor until I had sure it was good for taming (around 750 food out of 1200) three rex kibbles and it was done, but he ended up eating all the prime as well, but hey, it worked, another quetzal, this eill eventually be mu downfall, this need for vengeance, this ambition, this hubristic behavior, it never ends well. But for now, the newest tapejara is worthy of a name, I’ll seek a good one for her.

Right now I have two quetz that I’ll use only for more cargo of metal and obsidian, since I can’t yet have the saddle nor the plataform, nor have any other need for them unless my egoistic and maybe narcissistic needs.

And about my vengeance, I won’t be killing the griffins for now, I have to get stronger, the alpha raptor however, there’s a daily pursuit that lusts for him, and so do I.

I’ll enjoy that very much.

Report’s over.
