A smart Idea would be to wait for rain, then damage it and hop on its back and Then….

By the way you can bola them and carry them with a wyvern or an argy

I went so long trying to find this thing and then i realized its part of an add on
They explode when they die leaving no body behind, even as babies. If you intend on doing some pyromane breeding and want to “Dispose” of any unwanted babies, I found the best way to do that is by tossing the babies into the ocean with cryosickness, where they will drown and explode
1.you know how cats are afraid of water make it follow you into water then it’s flames go out
2. Get a gun ad shoot it till it’s low
3.when it roars ride it
4.murder lots of fings and set em on fire
5.make it roar when it’s flame gauge is full
I was able to get them to get on my raft and stay put taking them south to a safe island with lots of turtles this method worked extremely well and keep a few rafts near by with beds on them .
For best taming effectiveness, don't let the timer start blinking red. Keep timer above 15 seconds.
Bit if advice for the center specifically, but will prob work on other maps.
The agro range on this creature is high and it goes for a while, so, I'd recommend if you can, take it away from where it spawns to a safer area, and enjoy having an easier time finding weaker dinos and quicker kills
If you have a Rhynio, use it to carry the Pyromane to the beach just outside of the swamp across the water from the Volcano Island, and then tame it there if you can, there’s usually tons of Paracertheriums and you can keep absorbing heat from them for 100% taming effectiveness.
Pyromane is can be carried by the Karkinos.
Easy taming take a Karkinos as they don’t aggro to it (hardly anything does) pick up the pyromane you want take it to water and same it down until it’s ready to be obedient.

Easiest way in I found. Have ok flak and pike. Scout around to see other wild Dino’s to flame absorb. Lure the one Pyromane into water. Pike from under until roar. Nest most importantly go to the wild Dino’s you saw prior and attack. As soon as the flam meter fills half way flame absorb. Keep doing this constantly. The more wild dinos in an area the better. Watch out for high lvl rexes and other pyros. Flame absorb constantly is the key. Each time you absorb it resets timer as well!
Use a few wild turtles To tame it they do low damage so you won’t Be in danger of Dying and turtles have high Health so you can use flame absorb more on them
1. Find pyromane
2. Lead to water or if on scorched pick up with wyvern and take it to water
3. Damage it in the water until it roars
4. Ride it and kill other wild dinos (you have 30 seconds till it kicks you off and will reset after every Dino killed)
5. If kicked off before tamed, wait 5 mins and rinse and repeat steps 3/4
They can light anything but not like things that cannot produce light it's actually useful ngl you don't need to waste resources or even craft a sparkpowder and plus it is a shoulder pet this thing can wreak havoc on pvp servers so I'd recommend to tame it because of the utility is wild!-Average Ark player
For Xbox and playstation players..... When the tame bar reaches full.... You need to simultaneously press LB RB LT RT/ R1 R2 L1 L2 at the same time to tame it..... Please let everyone can know. Thanks
Remember, if you fail to ride him on time, or you fail taming, he will get ride cooldown of around 5 minutes and if he roars it trap/glitch/just animation also if you know youl fail run to water so he doesn't slime you on the spot
