Yarr, mateys! Ye can tame this here Kraken of the sea, by allowing it to grab ye with its terrible tentacles, and feeding it jelly toxin when it shakes ye screen until it’s knocked out. Once it’s tamed ye can use it to climb up walls, create ink, and drag filthy bilge rats down to Davy Jones’s Locker!

Feed it when your screen shakes, not before 👍🫡

I try to feed it biotoxin But it did not want to eat it

I tried finding one of these, but it's not easy. Eventually I found one swimming aroud and I tried to chase it to shore (It's harder than it sounds). Eventually I got it to a rock underwater, and started feeding it bio toxin, but 3 bio toxin in I got eaten by a meglodon. I respawned at my bed and went to where i was taming it, and it was gone. 😭 😭 😭

Spawns in the water. Also you can find them around the lighthouse with all the boats. It’s one of missions.

Does anyone else have a problem with this thing not eating the Botoxin or narcotics

To tame let it grab you and feed it narco’s at its beak, then it’ll pass out like the acro only don’t attack it, it attacks you! Being good gear and lots of narco’s.

This creature produces ink inside its inventory over time!

The ink can be crafted into *ANY* dye in any cooking station!

It spawns in the ocean and has a ton of megalodons around it usually

Its got wonderful climbing utility, but for me combat is super lack luster.

They actually prefer prime fish meat over exceptional kibble, and they don’t eat black pearls at all

Raw Prime Fish Meat is the best for taming, Dododex is wrong

Needs to be updated bcuz it can take yellow kibble to tame

If you are on console PS5/XBox, you need a keyboard to feed. Tried all other methods and nothing else worked, so until they fix this bug, you can't seem to feed it biotoxin or narcotics to knock it out.

They don’t seem to like the taste of black pearl(not eating)

So apparently there is a glitch, when one says Wild on ur spyglass or magnifying glasse or gene scanner, it either means it’s wild or that it’s “feral”. Feral is when it’s from a mission or In a mission area. Therefore you can’t tame it. Look for some at 50L 50L. It’s got good spawn rates and no missions there I think. Happy searching

You can pick things up and strangle them but it is insanely slow

Use superior kibble to tame. I put black pearls it didn’t eat.

Eats exceptional kibble for taming. Not sure if thats the prefered but it does eat it

It should be able to pick up stuff, it’s an octopus. It can use at least one arm to pick up stuff.
