A speedrunner beat it with 2 rexes

4th July 2025, I beat Alpha Overseer on single player settings.

12 Therizinos (21k HP, 1840% melee, primitive saddles),

8 Rexes with varying stats from 25-60k HP and 1000-2000% melee and ascendant saddles (250–320 armor), they had about 5 mutations… one Yuty, and a Daeodon (which died early).

I wore full Tek armor and used a shotgun (388%) with 1,000 shells and a longneck rifle. Didn’t need it really though. I also brought 500 med brews, food, and soups for heat and cold. Shadowsteak too. Actually helped a bit in the tek cave.

Even though my game dropped to 3 frames at times, the fight was quite easy. The Overseer is easier than expected if you’re prepared. I suggest keeping some of your dinos far back on passive so you can rotate them in fresh for the final phases. Space them out during the Dragon phase to avoid taking too much fire damage if you can.

Don't make the same mistake as me, spinos can't fit through tek cave door like so more people know.

Walk through of the battle: (Sorry it’s lengthy)

Upon entering the arena the Overseer will begin in its stationary form (this form is portrayed above) and will summon a large group of Units and Drones it will then take on its moving form ( a ball of energy) and release electrocution beams in twenty directions.

After removing a quater of its HP the Overseer transforms into Tek variety’s of the three island guardians (beginning with the Dragon then the Broodmother and finally the Gorilla) they are treated as different from the Overseer with their own Boss health bars, upon defeating them it will return to its ordinary form and will repeat this until it reaches 1/4 of its HP.

After this it will orbit between stationary moving and any of the Guardian variantes until it’s defeated.

I really recommend using theriz because they are really strong and have lots of health, and they are smaller then rexes making it easier to get them into the cave and maneuver around the cave. Also they will take less damage from the fire from the dragon form of the overseer. And they can heal up with the sweet vegetable cake

Btw you can summon it with admins and ride it

Bring tek rexes maybe a yutyrannus and a few daeodon, take out minions first with a rexes tek gun then go to hell with overseer. Good Luck!

Plus medium crop plot in blue drops

Apprentice parasaur saddles in purple drops

Useless gun attachments in yellow drops

And finally a literal dog BOOTY saddle in RED DROPS

If the overseer has a profile, so should Rockwell and the King Titan.

If you want to fight it your going to need at least 5-10 people and 4-20 tek T-Rex's. and bring a really good gun.

Its best use is assisted suicide.

Dododex missed a few commands. For the emotes, do GFI Emote_Flex(or whatever you want) 1 1 0. Emotes are, Turkey, Flex, Snowball, Happy, Carol, Evil, and Nutcracker. Also! For unlocking every Explorer Note in one map, do GiveAllExplorerNotes. Thanks for reading! 🙌

Try your best not to get hit with the lasers I have faith in you

If u want 2 kill it just know he put metal irrigation pipe blueprints in purple drops.

If you keep getting stunned in battle, try to keep one of those pillars in the battlefield between you and the boss, this way you won’t get stunned off your mount.

Ya have to kill him to get out of there so don’t waste your time with trying to tame him

12 Rex's is not even close to over preparing because I rex in the train could be a dummy and jump In the lava making all the other 1-11 Rex's jump in the lava. I know it happened to me. 😥
