The Gigadesmodus from the boss fight on Lost Colony does full damage to Neophytes.

To battle these things you can get a bunch of gloons and trap this thing into your gloon trap you setup and let the gloons melt the living hell outta this thing, thyla bleed also helps if you have it trapped especially if its a good stat thyla with a good saddle and you should be fine, the occasional grabbing happens but if its trapped you should be fine, just make sure you trap it first and foremost cuz if you dont and arent around other players in city missions then well its hell I would know.

Finally they scale from 50, to 150, 250 then finally 300 being the toughest one out of the ones!

Absolute monstrous Demons. Ther take 95% reduced damage from tamed Dino’s and at their weakest have 21k health. Can also pick you up from your mount, fly you high into the air and then drop you. I’d suggest in investing in creatures with the bleed affect. If playing on a server that allows for Dino transfers. Bring reapers to ground them and bring Deinosuchus to chomp them. I barely won on Gamma difficulty

They take like 90% reduced damage from anything that isn’t you shooting them directly. Even when ur doing full damage, they still have 13.5K base health. Absolute nightmares, I suggest a trap and a REALLY GOOD SHOTGUN to kill these.
