Sapphire abyss

after a nice nap, a wild pelagornis lay on the surface of the ocean. it saw a coelacanth nearby and swooped in to catch it. unfortunately, it hadn’t noticed the megalodon behind it until it surfaced to chomp on the poor bird. the pelagornis immediately tried to fly away but its leg was already in the jaws of the prehistoric shark. Suddenly, the shark let go and swam away. The pelagornis was confused, but didnt have time to think as it flew away. Just then, a giant mosasaurus surfaced and its jaws encapsulated the bird. blackness and water were the last things the pelagornis ever saw and heard.
