Just use Karkinos. Catch a mantis with 1 hand. It holds the mantis and you just tame it.

The egg they lay cannot be moved.

I hate taming stuff like the mantis that’s a passive tame but is still aggressive. Huge pain. Bring some ghillie, it helps a lot.

Why do they eat deathworm horns??? Deathworms are way too powerful for a mantis to kill!

Go to rag and take a shadowmane through 5o the ice worm queen get 20 horns. You should escape with around 30 from the lvl1 worms that drop 1. Use some repellent on a wyvern kill the vultures and other creatures easy tame.
