These will attack you for no reason I ran in a group of them with my newly tamed Megalodon they killed my megalodon, froggy and more in the end I lost 10 creatures because of them rip the 10 creatures.😪😪😪

So I found this tip on taming a manta while I was recording a video with my friend and I was taming a manta cuz we had too much gel (we lived in an underwater cave) and im here to share the tip with you

Step 1:aggro a manta (or a horde of mantas, regardless it will work)

Step 2: go into the underwater cave and jump on the ledge, this will force the manta to stay at the surface of the water not even noticing you.

Step 3:feed the manta gel until it is tamed

Boom, you have a manta, while I've only tried this on mobile, im fairly confident it will work on pc/console too

Try and stay above them in the water column so they have a hard time hitting you. Then stab the hell out of them with a sword or make your way to shore/ a rock. - These dudes are nasty. They need to be knocked down a notch. I stopped to check the level of another Ichthyosaurus and around 5 of them came out of the coral bed and swarmed me. I barely escaped with my current Ichthy one hit from death.

A dolphin may be a good way to tame cuz manga don’t attack dolphins. Just do NOT un mount. Never tested it cuz I don’t have angler gel, but they did not attack me while I was right next to it on my dolphin nedy.

Apparently if you lure one of these to a rock and then feed it AnglerGel, the manta will no longer be angered by you. Not sure how that works seeing as their aggressive, but I’ll take it.

Once tamed basically fancy looking combat icthys but can't let you hold weapons on them but they can leap out of water and they work a kind of as a "fear tame" you need to go deep down and risk the dangers to get the gel mantas want to tame so that means if you have loads of mantas enemy players might think twice about attacking you fearing you might have powerful weapons either from simply being high enough level to get the gel or from deep sea loot crates

I am the proud rider of Delta and I just want to say never go near these things if you see one run or shoot it.

One time, I was riding my trike peacefully and heard the scary music that you hear when you get attacked. And I got off and saw one of these dudes and my Trike horny killed one of them.

There were one of these in my river for some reason. And the river is only like 3 feet deep

Beware the Sea Flap-Flaps. Sea Flap-Flaps will eat your face off. Swim for your life and don't look back.

Never open a gate to a water pen when one of your tamed Mantas are near it. It will fucking die immediately.
