PASSIVE!? THAT WORD IS MORE UNTRUE THAN WHEN MY BROTHER SAID THERE WAS NO MORE ICECREAM LEFT!!,
Even after taming, these guys STILL eat angler gel.
So I once found one of these little sh*ts and thought it was passive like real mantas.
Do not go up to it
It will sting u and everyone in the water!
It is a killer pancake!
I repeat a killer pancake!

what is so dangerous bout this flappy boi of the ocean i only had trouble with cnidarias. Just go near it then start going to shore it will follow (don't go too far from shore or u ded) then keep on feeding angler gel. hope this help :)
This guy killed my lystro and dodo, i am crippled and sad
i don't think they attack when u feed them (in mobile at least) well it did not to me or it is just a glitch
DO NOT BRING IT ON LAND!!!!
(it dies)
(it dies)
I feel like it should not say non violent tame because this thing is very violent
Non violent?! Bruh this dude is suuuupper violent .
When taming use bug repelent to prevent the manta from attacking you
Surprisingly bug spray actually works with these guys I was bored and tryed it and it worked!!! No argro if u WEAR bug spray!!!!
Tame like 20 of them, put them all in a single area, agressive on, wandering on, kill everyone
If you are planning on doing anything involving water prepare to despise these flat horrors. They can out swim you. They can swarm you. They can act friendly and once you turn your back eat your tame. Beware.
Guys, it says passive tame because you do not have to knock it out.
I step in the water near them, next thing i knew i was a bag
Tame a kaprosuchos and swim to one of these bad boys and do it's alternate attack it will grab it in it's mouth. walk onto the shore where its safe and have another person feed it while in the gators mouth (if you unmount it drops it) it wont attack or die because it's technically not on the shore.
Disregard my previous comment, they still get angry even when fed AnglerGel, it just didnβt look like it to me because the previously tamed manta was stuck in itβs spot.
Iβve found the best way to deal with these guys is using a Pelegornis in shallow water. Youβre able to hop off the water, fly, and still follow the manta around. Itβs easy to hop back on the bird if you land in the water so it makes it easy for a quick feed and then retreat.
They have terrible turning circle, approach one from above and feed it. Then let it swim circles around you. The occasional time it gets close you can predict its attacks, it βbucksβ just before the attack, which is the tail swinging underneath. Quick swim up or back avoids it. Be prepared to get dizzy, long time between feeding
I found that in shallow water a giga is perfect for killing swarms of these guys but donβt go in to deep water gigas are terrible swimmers and will drown easily
