Description:

Lystrosaurus amicifidelis is a small, playful herbivore that spends much of it’s time wandering the islands forests to it’s own delight and grazing on their many varieties of shrubbery.

Far too small to defend itself, it has become quite shy and will elicit a startled snort and attempt to escape when provoked, albeit slowly. It is not distrustful of humans or any surrounding fauna until this occurs, however.

Combine these traits with it’s playful and quirky personality, alongside the fact that Lystrosaurus amicifidelis is intelligent enough to be tamed, and you have a species that became a trendy pet choice when the first humans arrived to The Island.

Domesticated

Lystrosaurus amicifidelis is far more intelligent than most other creatures on the island, as it is a fast-learning species. It reacts playfully to being petted, and afterwards will inspire other tamed creatures to learn faster, including other Lystrosaurus amicifidelis, so long as they’re nearby.

Worth taming because when you pet it it gives you a exp buff apart from that not very good.

I have a level 37 lysostrosaurus that is a beast. 3 titanomyrma started attacking me after I died and was gong to get my stuff back. One level 80, second 150, and the other 180. I distracted them while he beat the shit out of them. He lived through it and got us a shit ton of XP.

I recommend these guys completely made of muscles(because their stubby little legs can jump into your face when backfliping)because they are adorable to me and great source of fertilizer(what have these guys been eating!they have poop almost the size of their head!)and can give all tames and you a 5 minute XP boost.🤩
