It's a smaller stego with lots of spikes. I do not recommend petting it.

These thing are basically living spike walls, they impaled my dodo, so I got out my lvl.378 Rex, Fully imprinted, 60k+ health, 4000 melee, 215+speed. They do percentage based damage and with the ability to stop you moving, these things are actually more dangerous than a giga...

It's best to leave them alone unless you want to tame them. They act like spike walls, so you and your dino take damage when you melee it, and it's a lot of damage, even low level ones do a lot. If you want to kill one, it's best to use ranged attacks like a gun or a wyvern blast.
