Woah look a kentrosaurus. I think I'm going to tame it. (Shoots it) ohh shit it's grabing me. (1 minute later) its taming so slow. Once it's tamed I go into forest and find another one. Hey Brady look, another one. ( 1 second later) ohh come on I didn't even shoot you this time.

Hmm well it chased me when i ran into it like "oh it looks like a stego it got to be friendly ill pass it" and then had a band of it and hyenas with argentavis... luckily argentavis wasnt near so i turned and killed them with my 30 - 42 leveled parasaur and the argentavis got distracted sooo

These things are little monsters. I had a level 55 and it killed an level 100 alpha raptor by itself without taking more than like 500 damage before i noticed (which i only did becauee i got 5 crosbows and an alpha raptor claw thrown into my inventory.)

Anyway these guys are great little buddies to have around 24/7 they have really good weight at the low levels so they make good backpacks.

Only issue is taming them on berries takes ages when they're over level 10

they are ridable you cant use a saddle or sit on them its called a whip and determination

They need to add the kibble recipe below it

Well now we must bola wild spike walls

These are useless, very very weak due to no saddle. They only do 10% damage in return. Giga can 3-4 chomp these and take next to no damage.

Don't mess whit these a levle 4 one shot my levle 75 spino with over 7000 HP

AMAZING I used them for every boss fight i have done and they can kill Gigi’s they die pretty slow they are also great for giant squids teostothoues

Here’s how to tame a Kentrosaurus for ARK noobies LIKE YOU!

Step 1: Make a Spyglass

Step 2: Make sure it isn’t a Stegosaurus

Step 3: Shoot Tranq Arrows at it from a very far distance

Step 4: Feed it some berries

Step 5: Get depressed because it isn’t rideable

Step 6: Find a Alpha Utahraptor

Step 7: (insert brutal battle montage here)

Step 8: Bring your Kentrosaurus who you named Pierce (because your basic) to some other parts of your base

Step 9: Find a Daeodon

Step 10: Shoot down the Daeodon

Step 11: Tame the Daeodon

Step 12: Name the Daeodon this: Christopher P. Bacon

Step 13: Begin adding the battle between Pierce VS Alpha Utahraptor in the new Dino movie 65

I recommend knocking it out with your fists it do 1000 torpor to them😉

On an impulse I shot one I’d already tranqed with another tranq. It refreshed the tranq timer. Yes I’m a noob, I had no idea you could do this. For any others that didn’t know I hope this helps.

If somebody is looking for a tip to tame this fella, just don’t. You can't ride them, and the only good thing they are good at is annoying other players in pvp. With the new TLC added to stegos, just tame a stego instead. They are much better then the kentro now, trust me! But if you still want to tame this guy, this is how you do it.(Sorry if this sounded rude)

First, find a kentro you want to tame. Lure it to a decent sized cliff edge. Shoot tranqs at it until it does a torpor run. Chase it down, because it is busy running, so it won’t try to kill u. When it is knocked, feed it berries. Eventually, it will be tamed. I hope this helped 😉
