Ichthyosaurs don’t get attacked by Dino only by cindiara only unless you attack them other wise they won’t attack you

One of the easiest tames in the game, just swim up and feed them they'll literally asking you to tame them

Problem is ichthyosaurus is basically useless, sarcos are superior to them in every way

These guys are the jets of the ocean and are generally a good ocean mount even if you don't have scuba gear or a way to survive underwater because of their speed you can get quick oxygen breaths to stay underwater for a while

If your riding one most underwater dinos won’t aggro on you

2 of these can kill 5 megs (yes im serious)

Beware the ability only works on Anglerfish so don't waste your time on trying to kill a Megalodon on your Icthyosaur.It's gonna ATTACK if it's not a tame.Trust me don't waste time now happy tips about the great Icthyosaur!

if u kill and revive then tame sea creatures will still agro u (same with the araneo)

These fishes are very good at killing megs in mobile when

you get a good saddle

I tamed 2 dunke.....1 plesio and i saw an alpha mosa...and liopl...none of them attacked me...i even attacked a meg...it pretended as if nothing was happening....TAME ONE...NO REGRETS

These things are very good tames and are good for getting oil and underwater scouting since thy are fast and can even successfully take on a meg. I highly recommend these creatures as soon as u can unlock its saddle✌️

PC/Console:

Use these only for their speed (traveling, taming or speed-running an underwater cave) as they are really squishy.

Even with 45 points in HP and imprinted, these come out a little over 1000HP. Leveling health gives like 10HP per point. Just put all levels in speed and use other ocean dino's for battle.

On PC/console just like every tamed creature, everything aggro's so just use your speed to outrun them. It's only on mobile that nothing aggro's on them.

I tamed a itchy that looks like it has race strippers and named it Pokimane now this my not sound important but this itchy does not get aggrieved by anything basically I can eat some lazaraud chowder then swim down on my itchy and kill a mosa or angler or anything

To keep these things safe from mantas and cinderas, make a structure around it with thatch (or any other material) and keep it close to shore. When you want to ride it, break that structure.

On ark mobile these guys won’t aggro any creatures offiacial btw I tested this with megladon going beside while mounted

Don’t get cocky they are weak mine and my sarco got killed in less then 30 secs by cinidaria (jellyfish) up for newbies

make almost any sea creature to go on passive while you are riding on this guy,

and i tame basilo very smooth with these guy

Do underwater cave creatures aggro on you if you were riding one of these .in Mobile they do not Aggro in the ocean, but I’m not sure about caves.

On mobile it is not attacked

(Plesiosaurs do attack it though I legit just found out it hurt)

You will be attacked by sea creatures while riding this on console. DONT KNOW WHY THERE ARE SO MANHY TROLLS. BUT EVERHTHING ATTACKED ME.

Use it as a way to get to metal deposits and herbivore island early game! Plus everything is neutral to it!
