You can usually find these by the coast and occasionally in rivers. But watch out, they may attract sharks

These guys are helpful but... I tried taking one and it took me 50 minutes and I had to stay there so it wouldn't touch land. Awesome once tamed. I named it MR.SIR. 1 like = 1 love for MR.SIR
Go to herbivore island (The island) at the right bottom. Go to map if unsure. Look around and you should find some itchyosaurus. But be careful, in the water they look like sharks, don’t mistaken them as sharks they have a pointed snout. Like if you found it helpful! :)
(Mobile) The friendliest creature in the ocean and possibly the entire island. It will never attack you, even if you hit it repeatedly and have ammonite rage status on you. It might not seem cute to you, but you're a true monster if you kill them on purpose.
Can be grabbed by the Kaprosuchus. If you're careful, you can walk around on land with the Ichthy in your grasp. If it touches the ground, it will die.
First time taking the Megalodon for a spin, thought they were aggressive when they swam up. Turns out they're just curious little guys then they'll swim away eventually.
Once you feed it the raw meat, it will potentially bring its buds with it. I got 9 of them by that. It was awesome and you can go pretty much anywhere with them. They are the fastest under sea animal that I have ever tamed
If you go near one and it starts to chase you its not mad they act like dolphins they just wanna be your friend
Ok I have a question.
So I had 2 icthys and it was amazing, they didn’t make anything aggro, but 2 Brontie fell in the water and killed them accidently. So I had to get a new one. It took ages but I eventually tamed one. But as soon as it was tamed 2 megs attacked it. It barely survived, but out when I was taking another icthy with it all the megs and mantas started to attack it. I’m so confused the other ones didn’t make anything aggro
EELS AGRO TO ICHTHY NOW!!! Be careful, I learned the hard way.
I’m pretty sure they make compy noises. I was trying to tame one and I kept hearing a compy, like really close. But it confused me because compys shouldn’t be underwater but nope, it’s an ichthyosaurus.
(I don’t know if it’s a bug or something but it’s kinda funny)
