Surprisingly a basic knockout tame

Oh my gosh this is a knock out tame?!??! That’s unheard of nowadays in ark!!!

Knockout tame takes superior kibble. 3% for kibble, and 1.5% for mutton on 1x

Desmo with good longneck is all you need really be prepared with either kibble or a lot of mutton they’re hunger drains quick and they also as babies eat raw meat so when breeding be sure to feed them raw

They’re slow on land. You can basically walk/run backwards and hit them with tranq arrows.

Their omnivores, meaning they eat both meat and veggies/berries. Meat is still preferred more. Their basic knockout tames, aim for the belly or head, as hitting their shell does less torpor. Thats right, a basic knockout.

It's a knock out tame!! I repeat a knock out tame!! We trapped it, knocked it out and kibbled it!

Just a normal ko tame for once, I THINK

Just a normal KO tame. But shoot them in the head. The shell takes less damage.

Easy knock out tame. Fly above it with a tek suit to knock it out. Use purple or higher kibble but algae works the same. Has reduction to black pearls and can farm them.

1. Knock it out with any tranq weapon of your choice

2. Add superior kibble or a higher grade one (if no kibble is available for you, you can feed it less effective food like berries -> crops -> or archelon algae(algae is best of these 3 other options))

3. Enjoy your new tame without a saddle or you can craft a normal saddle to ride it with bonus armor or a platform saddle where you can build stuff on it.

4. On PC: press C to open/close shell. Closed shell while riding it gives you unlimited oxygen.

LMB: for normal bite attack / RMB for tail whip. You can only attack when shell is closed. Press X to walk on the sea floor. (Careful I heard somewhere that it can get fall damage in walking mode in the water while walking there and falling down an abyss)

5. It can farm black pearls with a good amount of weight reduction on these.

Overall the new best gatherer for blackpearls due to its high weight stat and weight reduction on blackpearls!

!!! It cannot harvest Silica Pearls as far as I know !!!

Not hard to tame early just get tranq arrows or for a faster

Tame a long neck rifle with tranq darts will do more torpor

I recamend bringing a good set of armor for high levels

Just K.O them and feed them kibble. I used extraordinary kibble not sure if it eats lesser quality ones.

Knock out tame they eat berries

What you need: Metal dino gates (without the doorways), honey, high % longneck and plenty of tranqs. Rex taming equivalent.

1. Set up a half circle with the Dino gates, leaving space for 2 gates (make sure you turn off build clipping here).

2. Shoot the tortugar lead it into the trap, backing up through the gates. Once it’s in, place 1 final gate in the open space in the middle(it shouldn’t be able to fit through the gaps on the side)

3. Shoot it until it knocks out. Feed it honey if you don’t have ext. kibble. (It LOVES honey)

It is not a chainbola passive tame anymore. You knock it out and feed it exceptional kibble. 130 was about 24 kibble with our tribe tower.

Probably a omnivore but definitely not a carnivore

How to tame the big back turtle is easy

First get a ballista turret and some chain bolas and exceptional kibble and there is your turtle

It has two saddles a normal and a platform

If you keep the shell open then you can shoot from inside but you can’t do the tortugar attacks

If you close the shell then you can do the two attacks

One a bite and Two a tail slap

A bonus fact is that since it’s a turtle it is slow on land but fast on water
