It is possible to easily tame a giga as a single person tribe or on single player. All you need to do is to get it slightly stuck on a tree and then stay in agro range just enough that it still wants to eat you but doesn't try to bite the tree down. Then just knock it it with darts or arrows. I have used this method before and it is very effective.

The Giganotosaurus is no easy tame. Best Way to tame a Low level Giga (4-60) is to have around 2 or more people tran'qing it while someone is driving a quetzal with a platform saddle. Gigas levels 80+ are the tough part. For this you will need as much people as possible, but 4-6 guys is enough. A quetzal with platform saddle is a must have while doing this, while having everyone ( except the driver ) grappling hook to the bottom of the quetz and nail the giga with tran'qs

The Giga is best for gathering hide meat and prime meat it's not to fast but it is very tanky if you were to have one you will not need to worry about running into anything unless if you are fighting a boss do not attack a titanosaurus then you should be perfectly fine. Typically you don't want to fight a boss on one but when I had mine I was able to take on a brood mother then I tried two at once and it was over he got enraged and killed me then soon after died at this point you should not have any problems other than those and getting him enraged. If you have god mode on mobile you can just hold down your crossbow to fire rapidly (but ya gotta fire one time reload and spam) may take a few tries so good luck!

the most op way to tame a giga is with a glitched mêle basilisk and bite it until it’s knocked out works every time

Tame one using a thorny dragon (if not in a map with one use your fists) and then give it cooked fish meat for the best effectiveness:)

HERES A TIP TO TAME IT IN 10-20 Seconds WITH GOD CONSOLE! Here’s a little trick so keep reading. If you have god console, turn on infinite ammo. Next, Get a crossbow with traq or toxiant arrows. Next double click and hold the fire button. Then it fires like an assault rifle! This is how you knock out creatures in seconds! NO, IT REALLY IT DOES, BELIEVE ME! 10-20 if low level!

Guys DO NOT use tranq arrows against this apex predator (or if your patient you can use them) i recommend using shocking tranqulizer darts cuz they dont take that much time to knock out a giga

Just sent 700 tranq darts and 100 tranq arrows into a 95 giga and he's still awake. This dododex is trash and far off from reality...

2 best ways to tame it by my perspectives are: get a super high level equus with good mutations, good saddle, health and attack. By this the Giga wouldn't be able to kill u quick but your equus can knock it out with really low kicks quickly. Remember to add speed levels in the equus because gigas are quick.

The other way is to tame up a high level basilisk with a high level saddle. Then from a hill or mountain, try to knock it out by the toxic balls. Remember to pump in some speed to catch up with the fleeing Giga.

If u own a tamed Giga try to not fall of something because if it loses 1000hp or more instantly , it will rage. That means that it will throw u off the saddle and probably eat you, so be aware!!
