I saw my first ever giga and thought it was a good idea to attack it with my pteranodon and it almost killed her in 3 bites, never again.

Giganotosaur have a lot of HP. They also deal 500 DAMAGE (lvl 1)! If you see one, dont get too close. They are going to kill you in 1 hit.

Metal Dino gates and a large bear trap. Just don’t put too much space between them or CHOMP! Use a hunting rifle with tranqs and make sure to bring a backup in case it breaks. Torpidity is stupid fast on these things so have some kibble on hand to make it quick once it’s out.

It is not that worth it to tame will edtion will kill everybody and everything but when you tame it it is not that good also do not take it to a war if he gets decently damaged he’s eyes will start burning AND KILL EVERYTHING INCLUDING YOU

Farm escort missions with this Since they give a crap ton of hexagons

Don’t try taming on a hill, If the bite won’t kill you the knock back will

Things I HATE!! About Gigas!!

Their normal speed - It’s soooo bad I need to level up speed so much and it takes quite a lot of time it’s verrry boring.

Their roar - So just no no no no no no! I hate the roar it’s like a cat meowing and a medium sized lizard screaming at the top of its lungs while the giant cat could kill the lizard in a second... Giga = Cat Rex = Lizard. I think the roar should be epic for such a beautiful creature

Well actually that’s it honestly the giga is pretty awesome also after this I will put this on wild card once I find out how to also I’m currenlty trying to breed Giganaro with a male giga I hopefully will find >Note with 3 cross bows toxicant arrows you can tame two of these bad Boys/Girls LOL<

Taming:

1. Get metal behemoth gateways 4

2. Get metal behemoth gates 4

3. Build them in necessary way

4. Aggro giga

5. Lead giga into trap .

6. Shoot giga entil asleep

7. Give it mutton or meat or kibble

8. Build saddle

9. Ride and terrorize world

10. Enjoy

Just use raw prime meat if you don't have a quatzel also if you are lower than 40 level you can search it around all mountains but i am not sure it will appear on blue obelisk also be careful when you have tamed it if it gets big damage like cut off 1k hp or something it will go on rage mode and also it will dismount you and you can't get on it atleast 10 seconds.

( I don't know i have 370 level giga but its stemina suck do all you guys feel the same.)

Get a wyvern , go above the giga, stop riding the wyvern because it doesn't kick you off you just sit in the saddle, lean over the edge of the wyvern and shoot until the giga gets knocked out.

I would recommend an hp/stamina tanked tapejara because two people can ride it at the same time and you can also shoot from its back.

I saw a blue giga in the snow mountains while riding my argy. I want it so bad but it’s such a dangerous Dino to tame!

Be sure to keep feeding it nock out stuff because there torpor goes down so fast

A little off topic but don’t you think you should be able to change the tether distance on ps4 and Xbox so 1 person can tame a giga while the other makes a trillion trank darts

I’ve now tamed two of these on my griffin, just hover above it slightly out of its range, with the griffins head pointed towards the ground, and shoot from the griffins back. The little dude will just sit underneath you and let you porcupine him with darts/arrows. Proud parent of two high level gigs and their child now
