Pretty much only level melee on these guys, when your giga is raged you can pretty much count on it being dead.

Do not RACE IT'S FAST RIP 450 t rex

The only valuable stat is damage.

If you want more HP imprint it.

Tame a high wild damage MALE Giga and any low level FEMALE Giga(At max 1 wild level less than the damage level of the Male giga).

Then breed for mutations on Damage. (Clone the Female for faster results of posible mutations, the more the better). If you get a mutated on damage(and/or with all Wild/At-Hatch levels on damage) if Male switch for that male to breed, if female clone that and breed with them.

Breed until you get 448 wild/at-hatch levels on damage.(If it has a level equal or higher than 450 say bye to that dino).

After months of breeding(more likely near a year on oficial or a month if you are SO FRKING LUCKY) you will get a giga that OneShots a Boss.

This is an insane strategy not many people know about it but it is called... not dying

Use them for element vines

Its only purpose is to kill as many things as possible

How to tame a giganotosaurus.

1 you need 300-400 to tame a giga.

2 you need 3 metal gates and 1-2 big bear traps.

3 you need exceptional kibble or raw premium meat or raw meat and raw meat is going to make it take days in ark to tame it with raw meat and also exceptional kibble will make it take less days in ark and also raw premium meat is a bit better than raw meat.

4 now wait 5-10 days in ark for it to tame.

5 now you have a pet giga to flex on your friends and I hope that this tip helps you to tame your first giga ✌🏻

giga+lag= fastest dino alive. At the first sight of a giga, turn around and run.

Without soothing balm I still used 200+ narcotics- feed about 15 or so and if taming with prime meat, stash a raptor somewhere so you can go harvest fresh prime meat while you know your narcotics are holding the line- they drain FAST.

Now, before you do Step 2, Make sure you have it's favorite kibble or the process will take longer, and if it DID took longer, pray to God that you have your Bio toxins with you, don't forget to bring A LOT of Tranq Darts and your Long Neck Rifle

Step 1: Tame a Quetzal using a Tapejara

Step 2: Use your Quetzal to Find a Giga (Quetzals are the reason why you encounter Gigas, also, Gigas mostly spawn in the Snow Mountains)

Step 3: Once you found the Giga of your desire, lead it into the ocean

Step 4: GET THE IMPLANT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Step 5: Once you got the implant, get back to your base and use your Tapejara, after that, go to the Green Obelisk and revive it there

Step 6: now that it's being revived, GET THE HAIL OUTTA THERE!!!

Step 7: Once it got revived, SHOOT IT!!! (Fyi, The Green Obelisk acts like your average Giga Trap)

Step 8: Now that's it's Knocked out, Shove those kibbles inside it's throat

Step 9: *You've Tamed a Giganotosaurus* Yay, No more 80k HP :D

Step 10: Don't Worry, You can hunt Rexes, Spinos, Paracers, Brontos and Alphas for Exp and use those to pump up it's HP (or Melee, Idk)

I went to the blue obelisk when one of these beasts appeared. I saw that… it was a 10 or a 110 or 1 level I don’t know. I was so scared I just flew as far possible with my 187 pt black pearl. Now I have 1 trike 2 rexes 1 argy and 1 theri plus anky and all those stuff. I have its trap and I have the crossbow. Tomorrow I’m gonna see the level if it’s worth taming. If it isn’t I’ll drown it if yes I will tame it. I have metal gateways and a 10 soothing balm (I’m in mobile). If anyone sees this I have a few questions:

If it’s a low level would it be worth it? Like level 15?

How do I drown it?

Last but not least: HOW FAST WOULD ANOTHER ONE RESPAWN?????????

Just remember, the difference between a tamed giga and a wild giga is huge. E.g. wild giga (lvl 1) 80,000 hp 500 damage, tames giga (lvl 1) 17,000 hp 80 damage. Don’t do wild vs tamed.

When taming I like to use a rineognatha because you can use weapons on it

Though even slow this living organism is literally almost the devil one thing I can see about this dinosaur he has a bleed ability when he hits a animal or you it’s like the deinosuches but better

Here are a very easy taming method bring 5 metal dinosaur gateways and a large bear trap lead the giga in it to trap 3 metal Gatways in front than place the other two gate ways at the back of it but keep distance ones trap knock it bring a crap ton narcotics and bio toxin doesn’t matter what level it is but bring like over 500 tame it with raw prime meat or meat but quetzal kibble will work better but the most important thing is KEEP A EYE On ITS TORPOR since it’s torpor drops at a very fast rate this only for Ark mobile players than you have you very own giga to level this kill every creature that give the most exp the saddle for this thing is 96 hope this help Last thing if do not know where to find one than look for in the ice mountain on the island or the mountain where you find metal and crystals keep in mind they spawn in 1-2 per time

I’ve been looking for a giga to tame on extinction for ages now, flying around on my snow owl which I love. I spent weeks looking with no luck. And then suddenly I found one right when I least expected it. This would’ve been great except I don’t have a snow owl anymore
