If a giga or a person is raiding your base use kentros and kentros will kill the rider but be cautious

I killed one using a pump while on top of a legde it didn't even gave me a lvl 🙄 and it almost broke my pump.

Just bring 4 - 6 metal dino gateways, 400 narcodics(or a bunch of bio toxin if you have it), a lot of tranq darts and an ascendant rifle, 15 - 25 kibble, and 1 or 2 bear traps. Set the metal gates like this \_/ and put a bear trap in the center. Get it stuck in the bear trap and very quickly close off the trap but dont put the back metal gateway too close to it or it will squeeze out. Many people make that mistake. And once you trap it just tranq the thing out. Then pump a lot of narcodics into it and make sure to not accidentally force feed kibble into it. Then BOOM. You have a tame giga. For those who are doing this and have never owned a giga I have 2 things i advise.

1. DO NOT PUMP ANYTHING UNLESS ITS MELEE

2. DO NOT FIGHT A WILD GIGA WITH YOUR TAMED ONE. Its just free dinner for the wild one.

How do you even find one in the first place?

An easy trap to make is 2 metal gates that look like <. Add a large bear trap in the middle so it will attack the bear trap and not you. Then add a 3rd wall to make a triangle. Make sure you have 20000 narcotics and a flyer.

This is for all the mobile players who want a monster! So you need 4 stone gateways and 3 baretraps or one. Get it to chase you make sure you have a box with the way the giga gets in open. You run and let it chase you until you go through. It be trap and run behind it and fill box him like Fortnite. Then knock him out WARNING: you need ALOT of tranqs. Then idk if this always happen but have one 10x palm and one prime meat WARNING: this is how I tamed it then bam! Youre now crying in happiness! Hopefully..,

I was lucky when I tamed this beast. I was on a cliff were I was out of range of it's jaws. Lucky moment #1. It took me over 200 toxicant arrows. Luckily, I had 10x soothing balm and all it took was 1 prime meat. It was an instant tame and I even thought it woke up and shot it with an arrow. I took it to my new base but I had no tames in the area. I fell of a cliff and it went into rage, but did not even target me. Lucky moment #2. Also, I noticed that in mobile, I only find them in the snow area on the smaller mountain, north of the blue oblisk, and nowhere else.

Great for raiding but will turn on you and your tames if it takes too much damage.

Pretty much only level melee on these guys, when your giga is raged you can pretty much count on it being dead.

Use them for element vines

Lol, I was trying to tame one when another player came in with an argy, hit it, got its attention and flew off with the giga following close behind. Careful of others on pvp servers!!!

I encountered one when I started and just remember that spot when I come back there is two I prepare to kill the two and 4 spawn. I lost my pt in the battle

giga+lag= fastest dino alive. At the first sight of a giga, turn around and run.

Guys, I’m incredibly confused:

I tamed a giga on my single player ark mobile (ultimate) game, and while riding it I realized it was doing a ton of damage… much more than a freshly tamed giga(lvl 55 before tame, lvl 80 after tame) is supposed to, so I looked at its stats…

Its melee was at 112%!!! What’s going on here? Did it just have like a ton of wild level ups put into melee or something? I’m not complaining, but I am confused.

I’d love an answer if anyone’s willing to give it!

It is worth taming on mobile, it is very easy to get one stuck, then just aim with your ascendant crossbow (from the endless deaths of the lava cave) and use soothing balm. Also idk how many times i have to say this, BREED THIS!!! People do not know what breeding is!

The only valuable stat is damage.

If you want more HP imprint it.

Tame a high wild damage MALE Giga and any low level FEMALE Giga(At max 1 wild level less than the damage level of the Male giga).

Then breed for mutations on Damage. (Clone the Female for faster results of posible mutations, the more the better). If you get a mutated on damage(and/or with all Wild/At-Hatch levels on damage) if Male switch for that male to breed, if female clone that and breed with them.

Breed until you get 448 wild/at-hatch levels on damage.(If it has a level equal or higher than 450 say bye to that dino).

After months of breeding(more likely near a year on oficial or a month if you are SO FRKING LUCKY) you will get a giga that OneShots a Boss.

Lvl 215 Giga will take 250-300 Tranq darts out of blue rifles stay on high ground!!
