What are tips for fjordhawk? Tips and strategies for fjordhawk in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
How do you effectively tame these guys bc my husband and I have tried for 4 days with 0 luck. We've culled half the island we're on and nothing. The tame goes down or more new hawks show up.
High health ovis are best for taming. Tame your ovis and pump levels into health. Since the hawks are normally in groups bring several ovis and slaughter them one at a time until tamed. I used one ovis at around 1400 health and got a 135 to 90% on a 6x server.
This seems rlly cool :0,man xbox is cool, tho i do agree, ppl srsly stop begging on mobile
THIS IS CAUTION TIP :)
Saw this in a video, Be careful if the hawk gets hurt while on your shoulder and if your bed is near a fire. If I remember this correctly, someone went thro the Rock Drake Cave twice I think and when they died to return to their base bed, the hawk slowly died in the fire before the guy could pick it up. Due to having the hawk they didn't have a hazmat suit so idk if that would save the hawk, idk why it would. Think it'd be cute if you could make a suit for the hawk lol think you should watch for drowning in a similar scenario?
You just need to spot 1 drop any item so it will pick it up and follow you then kill a nearest dino and let it eat .
Lead the hawk into a enclosed area and have a friend bring you live things, good to do it on a wyvern so you can pick up more and bigger things. Hopefully this help’s…
Feed it a body to tame it like an otter
I wonder if this hawk can fly and walk
Tranquilizing arrows and tranquilizer dart
Easiest few ways I found is to either trap it and drag creatures to it after killing them or tame a few ovis’ and feed them to it I would recommend going for a lower level hawk like a 15 or 20 and then try and get a breeding pair this Is probably one of the most aggravating creatures to tame just because it loses its taming percentage when it gets hit that’s why it’s so hard to tame in the open. Another quick tip is to use a sanguine elixir made from a desmodus when it gets to 70%.
If u have one following you, kill something then have it swoop down to eat, then kill it. As far as I have found that’s the only way besides hitting it with a Andrew. U don’t want one to be following you cuz it will kidnap ur stuff if u die….
