These guys have great stamina when running but when you get one PUMP UP ITS STAMINA! It has terrible stamina when fighting and if your stuck in a fight your stamina will run out really quickly, so if you don’t get away, you will either die while waiting for your stamina to recharge or your Equus will fall asleep and die. Up this so noobs will see

I recommend an Equus for those travelers, it has amazing speed, can hold a ton of Weight, and i use it for all of exploring.

On mobile they have inf stam (like the iguanadon) and they dont take fall dmg if you jump. At least not in my experience. I dont recommend testing this because i just tamed it like 10 mins ago and named it Phil lmao

when you equip a saddle it can be used as a mortar and pestle

For all you noobs out there who want a horse with broken torpor the more you put into damage the more torpor you deal per hit.

This horse is a great tame using it for expeditions and scouting. If you take good care of this tame it will be your only go to tame for traveling. Mobile chem bench and friend.

This thing is GOATED!

- Fast

- good stam

- avg health

- decent torpor tolerance

- mort&pest saddle (for on the go narcs)

- torpor attack (for on the go knockouts)

- can jump

- weight reduction on stone and such

Only downside is health

Do not go near raptors on this thing

These things are honestly the best taming creature. Put alot of levels into DMG and theyre knock-out torpidity increases alot. Its not the fastest method, but its the cheapest. I have knocked out 80% of my tames with a lvl288 equus, fast and easy, and super cheap!

On Ragnarok these are the best early game tames, here's why:

1. You don't need saddle to ride.

2. They are found almost anywhere with vegetables

23 They are passive tames and their fav food are carrots, and on Highlands you can find a bunch of carrot bushes.

4. They are fast and can jump pretty high.

5. They look cool.

Great tame if you pump health and melee you can knock out barys carnos and theris easy pump weight and you have mortar and pestle with unlimited space honestly just great tames can't recommend enough

Pump stats to speed, weight and stamina if you’re traveling with it. And just health if you’re just gonna display it on your base

If you play without flying, this thing is a must have. Decent weight, almost no stamina consumption while sprinting, reduced fall damage and imprinted ones are really fast. The Buck Kick (L2 on PS4) is really good forknocking out creatures. And don't forget that this things saddle is a mortar and pestle, so you can grind those sweet narcotic XP while traveling. This is my go to mount.

They can make lassos and work as a mortar and pestle with a saddle and you get an equus saddle by completing the “tame equus” mission

MOBILE PLAYERS- to buck kick swipe down with your steering hand. To do a normal attack just tap.

Lassoing is the new method of being an annoying asshat to new players!

Equus can knock itself out if using too much stamina while buck kicking. This can happen in the middle of the fight. Potentially getting your equus killed

Slap a saddle on one of these zebra horses and make it your mobile chem bench. No need to bring stone back to your base to make spark for gunpowder any longer :-)

Very good tip a Carnotaurus will always near anequs so be prepared

Really weird thing happend on mobile! I used one of these guys on a bush and I got a plant species X seed! Any ideas why?
