They are easy to tame at the Ragnarok highlands. As they can farm large amount of berries, can craft narcos in their inventory, can shot while riding it and have a strong topor-attack they are great taming assists. A saddled one with 2k+ hp, 2500+ sta and 500%+ dmg unskilled/born stats can easy knock out high rexes and other stuff. If the target run away you can easy follow and shot more tranqs. They have a high hp-regen and with full imprint they can get 314% speed. That is like a wyver fly and enough to run away even from alpha rex. If you cant tame a wild, maybe another player tried and failed. You need to knock it out to reset a failed taming.

Quick and easy beginners tame for gathering berries from bushes. Can be used with a saddle as a mortar and pestle to craft narcotics or sparkpowder on the go.

I would rather tame iguanodon with unlimited stamina than this horse it needs to upgrade all of its stats and iguanodon needs to upgrade only speed

HEAR ME OUT EVERYONE: idk if someone already said this but set any flying dino to follow you on *low* not lowest and go tame a horse. it will run in small circle because its being followed by the flying dino so they wont run in to the most dangerous place on the map how they love to do

The gestation time is waaaay off for this.. at least on mobile it's 1 day 14 hours and like 12 mins or so. Just a heads up if you are planning on breeding.

These bad bois in ark genesis can collect sap from trees I think it's only with saddle tho regular hit tree and theres your sap

With the saddle they become a mobile narco farm. Without the saddle they are the best taming mount when either the player is a low level or a high level that doesn’t want to use narco arrow. Just try to get one at least level 100

How to tame an Equus:

1. Rockarrots or preferred kibbles are the best foods you can use to tame an Equus. Other veggies and berries work too but they won't be as effective.

2. Equus are a passive tame. Which means you don't knock them out.

3. Tame them by slowly walking up to them from the back, but don't get too close. Feed it and mount it. The horse will attempt to buck you off, but when it does, you should have the food in your last slot and quickly feed it the food again.
