The worst creature on Ark. Other than a living bomb for raiding, you cannot do a damn thing with except bring it around and that one T-Rex comes by and kills it off. I suppose they are a good food source for beginners.

Gather a bunch of these savage beasts and gather a bunch of their eggs for resourceful kipple for other dinos! Do not underestimate these little creatures.

They will be very easy to kill but 5 ark days later a horde will attack all level 300 it happens to me my Rex died to them😭

I suggest bringing a dodo up the mountain with your ankylo as they can hold A ton of weight

Craft a club and a bola if you are able to and bola the dodo and club it till its down

DO NOT TAKE THEIR EGGS THEY WILL MESS YOU UP I took one egg on the beach and it killed my giga

If high level can be one of the strongest dinos in game great early tame

Just kill it for meat , if low on meat

Lvl 1-10 dodo use your fist to knock it out. Take your time since they are slow walkers. If the dos is a high lvl then use 1 tranc arrow, if that guy is a rebel then use a punch after that dart and show him who is boss. After have a narcotic just I case and a stack of mejo (purple berries) then while waiting think of a good name like dodolerious and take that fella home. Dodo tend to have low health even at high health so protect it while walking back to base, if you have an flying Dino, pick him up and drop him close to base. Good luck everyone!

Place these next to the outer walls of your base. If explosives are used to destroy the wall, the Dodo will die. Then you can look in your tribe manager and see who broke into your base since one of your tames was killed. Also useful for their eggs to make pteradon kibble.
