A male diplodocus are good at storage +5 level is can carry more than a thousand and it only take one tame selection so a good tame.

You need about 100 Mejoberries. You should probably tame it around a bushy area, so you can keep collecting berries. Do not attack a Diplodocus! Just get close and start feeding it mejoberies. Feed it one mejoberry every time it says to. Diplodocus will knock you around during taming. This is not an attack. It's just playing.

For anyone that wants to passive tame it here is an area under it where he will play the push animation but it wont actually push you this leaves you only with the annoying rawring to deal with for more than 10 mins

Legit no lie, if you want to knock out tame them, you can punch it out without being flung to Asia. As long as you camp near any on the legs, you’re golden!

If Ark actualy did research, diplodocus can tail whip other carnivores and the speed of its tail whip is said by scientists that it could of been so fast it could break the sound barrier

When taming to make it easier stand against a cliff or a good sized rock. I tamed one for my brother and it was a piece of cake with that technique. Also if you find that the place you find the diplodocus isn’t safe just get near it and lead it away. They won’t hurt you they just like to swat you around like they are playing a game of soccer.

Stand between their front legs, right at bottom of their neck. So u will never knock back, feed them from there

Good tanks for raids! Use as a frontline attack in front of Brontos or Gigas etc, can push tames back when attacking so you can use this for defence too. Their high speed allows you to run from turrets when on low health. Worth it when passive tamed as the low kib needed means you can tame more.

Stand under legs for no knockback so u can tame but earrape

It will not hurt you, but will knock you back far. They are a passive tame, but will take forever to tame, so be patient. #2. The diplodocus is fast when tamed, and can push enemies away. Their saddle might not be great for single player, but on multiplayer, it can transport up to 10 people. You can transport others to battlefields. #3. If you want to take it, get a ton of berries and walk under it. There is a spot under it were it keeps attacking you but cannot hit you. If you find this, look straight up and feed. It doesn't move and can't hurt you
