You can collect blood packs and spoiled meat with these guys as well as with two hundred bloods packs you can make a taming elixir this elixir can be force fed to a knocked out creature to make its taming bar go up by 30% and for passive tames you must feed it regularly first and then put this in your last spot in your hot bar. You can also use weapons on the back of this guy and I would recommend taming a low level first and collecting enough blood packs to tame a high level.

It only eats blood bags but it produces them in bulk when attacking dinos so just go find a brontosaurus

It also can’t move backwards so be weary of that

You can use guns and crossbows on the back of these so if you hate making traps like me, get one of these things.

These guy are great at stealing wyvern eggs, go invisible at night and boom easy wyverns or any egg you want. They can go in caves so feel free to get some rock drake or magmasaur eggs. Blood packs to tame of just let them eat at your health sacrificing an tamed animal with blood packs gives good taming effectiveness. Blood packs can be farmed by a desmodus and crafted into sanguine elixir which will give an instant 30% taming. Can dive silently, not as good as GRIFFINS but you gain good speed. They can latch on to ceiling or walls and can do a screech showing the location of dinos. (THIS WORKS BETTER AT NIGHT) I use mine to tame gigas since you can shoot on them. That's all I have to say

To use the sanguine elixer for a taming anything YOU have to consume it then feed the dino

Use this guy on high level tek stryders for lots of bloodpacks without collecting spoiled or raw meat

when you tame them make sure u put meat in it can also eat spoiled meat they don’t eat blood they just take it from u to tame it!

They are very useful. 1- you can easily tame anything with them like a giga or more bc you can shoot while riding on them. 2- they're elixir is very good to tame passive taming dinos and it's easy to craft the elixir or tame them. Up if this helped

Love it except...when I am holding anything it will not attack. I was holding a GPS and another time a torch and I couldn't get it'l to attack. Attaching torch onto it's saddle works but I was killed by something stupid when I realised my mouse presses were not working. I was holding my GPS.

Harpoon net traps what you want for easy picking of the ones you don't. Let them pick you up with blood bags in your inventory. Will drop you so have parachute. Gather blood bags per hit and spoiled meat and raw meat upon eating corpses. Screech sonars enemies in front of you. Can fly in caves and latch onto walls

Desmodus can’t harvest anything other than raw meat and spoiled meat, even from tek dinos. Use a rex or other dino if you need to get hide, chitin, prime, etc. However, Desmodus can harvest cooked meat and scrap metal from full shipwreck barrels.

Kill onyx with this guy cleared the metal room in Moria and ended up with 600 blood packs

Creatures won’t attack or notice you while you are invisible, but if they see you go invisible or they are either attacking you are running from you they will still see you. Great for getting to wyvern egg but once the egg is taken they will still attack you will invisible.

Will eat tek dino like it does any other and turn it into spoiled meat, farm carefully survivors!

Is it just me or does this animal have no wasted points besides O2??? I look at all of mine and different lvls with different speed at base lvl.

These are gonna replace pteradons as a scout and early tame IMO. a) latching to walls let's you regain stamina and turn invisible during the day. b) 200 blood bags gets you 1 Sanguine Elixir that can only be used once for each creature your taming to increase taming progress by 30%. P.S I think since they fly and latch to walls like tapejara they might be able do ceilings too
