Easiest way to tame is with blood bags. They take 10 at a time then drop you so easier to lead out to water so you don’t die form fall damage. Or use a shoot. Then once one is tames they collect blood bags with every attack hit so easy to tame a whole swarm of them🤩

You Need A Blood Extaction Sryringe Then Get Blood From You DONT Drink It Go In A Trench Or A Cave If You See A Hanging Pod On The Roof A GIANT Bat Will Come Out Wait For It To Pick You Up Then Have The Blood Packs In Your Inventory Becuse It Will Drink The Blood Packs And The Tameing Bar Will Fill Up When It Drinked ALL Of The Blood Packs And It’s Not Tamed You HAVE To Get Some More Blood From Your Character And It Will Keep Drinking Them But You MIGHT Be LOW On Health.

Set up stone pillars in front of the cave entrance so theres no gaps for the bats to leave. They wont spawn block the cave. One you have them up shoot an arrow at one you dont want and the will all fly into the stone pillars. You can them kill the ones you dont want and save the the one you do with hit getting swarmed.

Kill all the other surrounding Desmodus so they don’t interrupt your tame

Does not require blood sacks to take just let it grab you

Level 145 only takes 32 blood packs on 1x

Using a high hp deinoch with blood packs on it seems to raise the efficiency quicker then lower hp stuff

Without blood bags babies will go through the meat extremely quickly. Not much of a problem when they're newborn but becomes more apparent as they age. Be sure there's some available

Don’t listen to those who say only blood packs or only meat for raising babies. Use both since there’s a cooldown for blood packs so it’ll eat meat in between.

Im not sure about anyone else but I've tamed 4 high level bats and according to dododex they all have low stam, very high food, high melee and very low weight, and average everything else im not sure if wildcard changed the bats in an update and dododex haven't yet

Use an imprinted health leveled moschops with blood packs to raise the effectiveness first. Then let it pick you up with packs in your inventory to tame. Easy way for great tame.

In the green crystal cave at the south western island (68.3, 37.0) there are multiple desmodus spawns with groups of up to four high on the ceiling. Kill any low levels and within minutes more will spawn in. No leaving render distance required! Got a 150 in minutes.

So I’ve been having the problem on fjordur as literally a naked dude on a level 100 PT. I’m trying to get a desmodus to make things a bit easier and BAM! Idea. I have force cave flyers on so you need to turn that on for this. But the waterfall cave around 75 35 by a little village is perfect for this! They can’t get past wood so just set up a bunch of double door frames across the mouth of the cave, take your good PT and bait the suckers out! Then you can use the PT to cull any off you don’t want! Hope that helps up if it does!
