So I logged into fjord and found some of them and I have a mod that tells me how to tame them and it said untamable but I saw a desmodius saddle so how in the world do you tame this thing it’s not on the wiki either so I’m confused if Someone could please Tell me how to tame this awesome bat creature I would Appreciate it because they sound rely cool and even tho I could cheat tame it I would like to know the way the ark developers intended us to tame them

Also I think attacking creatures with this guy will give blood packs so get a low level desmodus before a high level one

Hay they can pick up arthros I needed to brake some floating pipes and I couldn't hit it with enemy thing so I axadently right clicked and picked it up

Devs need to add a sanguine elixer tab to the other dinos. It literally adds 1/3 taming bar right away. Makes taming quicker and cheaper.

To tame this, unlock cheats. It lives in the caves in fjordur with the hexagon rocks. To tame it easy, well, it hangs on the cave roof. Approach from behind, and use cheat forcetame to tame it before it wakes up.

The first time I saw them was a nightmare! When I went on a cave adventure with my carno a desmodus came out of nowhere and grabbed my carno, then started killing it😰 but I forgot that I have blood packs so i put them in my hot bar then desmodus began getting tamed, 1👍 for my carno

Best way to tame it is bola 100% hit a mad level 15 times with bolas and they’re knocked out

So, I've been playing on Scorched Earth lately. I've gotten pretty high-level. I learned the engram for this thing's saddle. How is THAT possible if the Dododex says it only spawns on Fjordr? Does this giant bat actually spawn on Scorched Earth as well as Fjordr or is my game just bugged (I play the PS4 version)?

Have parachutes when taming these… I tamed a 145 it died, I tamed a 25 (Rex killed it), i tamed a 125 and 245 which are my ones that are alive. 245 has 16000 health that’s why it doesn’t die, anyways back onto the real point if you have no parachutes shoot with crossbow or gun once (if on ceiling of cave) then Let it grab you. Dododex calc aren’t correct I tamed a level 245 with just 20 blood packs.

Why haven’t they changed the picture

Oh yes we will tame it using Alpha king titan heads and the blood of gigas 1 giga = 0.1% 1 Alpha king titan trophy = 1,0%
