If you’re a high level, poop wouldn’t make sense. If you’re wearing ascendent Flak, 1 k armor, he’s gonna have to poop a lot to kill you with poop. Poop just doesn’t make sense, but if you actually watch him when he’s abt to throw it, you can clearly see he’s digging up dirt, then launches earth at you. It doesn't throw poop or rocks, it throws dirt.

I found one on the West Coast though the Wiki says they are unknown there.
