Can only be damaged if you are in third person or using a tame

Run...when you see a swarm just run. When building build a 2x2+ because in a 1x2 you will still be smacked

Woolly Mammoths are the trick. I have mammoths lying around my base and these needle suckers love to stay around mammoths and cause no harm to you or your dinos. If you see them buzzing around your mammoth don’t get on it otherwise they will attack you. PS4 L-__PREDATOR__-L

Was walking around the bog in full armor with a pego wrapped around t neck like a scarf. Didn't get targeted a single time by them but they were around. Sooo either no effect in full armor or when pego is riding on your shoulders?

Kk, everyone knows about getting into water and the torch. Mid game just use a mount as you can hit them much easier and late game the flamethrower makes short work of them.

Best way to get rid of these pests it to go into third person then swing away at them! ;)

Go into the water and they will not target you

Use a torch to locate the core of the swarm and pike the hell out of it. Lol

Burn them with a flame thrower if you have the materials if not use a pike and aim for the middle

If you go in water they won’t attack

Anywhere near the green crystals are bug free zones.

Everyone is saying to avoid or kill them. Why not just use bug repellant? Keep in mind they will attack you if another player nearby is not also using repellant. Super easy to make and 110% worth it!! Don't be lazy.

When you encounter blade wasps, you ether want to avoid them or kill them. To avoid there are two options. One is to stay in the water and another is to build a shelter. Make it a 2x2 and don’t touch the walls or else they will attack. To kill you need a tame, some will get attacked and some won’t. Like how a rapter won’t get attacked but a iguanadon will. Stegos, carnos, and blood stalkers won’t get attacked ether. I suggest to find out which creatures will and won’t get attacked before exploring. If your on a Dino that can’t get attacked and you decide to fight, the blade wasps won’t care.

They are very difficult to hit in first person, so if you get attacked switch to third person.

why does it say these things spawn in lost island?? i have never seen them before in my life

The best way to kill them is 2 allo and argentavis
