Chapter 12
“Wait!” said the blue deinonychus.
The carcha looked at her, as did Malston and the other deinonychus.
“What is it?” Malston growled. “We need to hurry this up. You’ll be paid soon enough.”
The blue Deino stepped forward. “It doesn’t seem right to kill her. She’s only, what, a year old?”
Cleo was actually two and a half; she didn’t have the heart to correct her savior, though.
“I mean, what evil crime did she commit?” the deinonychus asked. She walked over to Cleo and extended a feathered arm. “I’m River. Because the white stripe looks like a flowing River.”
The other deinonychus said to River, “What are you doing? She's a criminal and you’ll be an accomplice. We’ll just collect our pay and head out.”
River turned towards them. “I won’t kill a little girl, Smolder.”
Malston turned and sighed. “I didn’t want to have to do this. Kill them both.”
The carcha grinned.
River looked at Smolder. “You’re gonna let him kill your mate?”
“Sorry,” he replied, not sounding sorry at all.
The carcha bent down, his jaws open. Cleo cringed but River stood tall. The carcha’s breath reeked of spoiled meat.
And then, he flipped Malston onto the ground and with four of his giant teeth, broke Malston’s left wing.
For the first time, Cleo heard the carcha talk. “You do not tell me to hurt my master.”
Malston howled in pain.
River laughed. “I was the one who fed him the food, which put us in a master-servant position.” River looked at Smolder. “In other words, I own the carcha.”
Smolder eyes went frantic. He turned and ran off, screeching for help.
River turned to Cleo. “Whaddya say we get our tails out of here? Smolder may run to that Fjordhawk and snitch on us.”
Cleo stood shakily. “You’re gonna leave your mate? And come with me? A fugitive?”
River shrugged. “Smolder was willing to let me die. He doesn’t deserve me.”
Cleo smiled. “Thank you, River. My name’s Cleo by the way.”
River nodded and turned to the carcha. “You’re free to go now, carcha. I trust you know your way back to Balheimr?”
The carcha nodded. He spoke in his deep gravelly voice. “Thank you, milady.” He plodded away, humming a tune.
River looked at Cleo. “Can you pick me up?”
Cleo nodded. Her strength was draining from lack of food. She figured she could manage for maybe two hours.
“Well, where are we going?” River asked. “We have to be snappy, y’know?”
“We’re going to Wyvern Central.”
Cleo hefted River with her claws, and started to fly off. Malston crawled after them.
“Wyvern Central, huh? You’ll never get away, Cleo. You and Ares will die.”
Was taking a dire bear realized I didn’t have any narcotics except narco berries so put my loot in my deer that I just tamed (it was a taming trip in the red woods I now I’m dum ok) so I killed my self got on my paracer and went back and 3 attacked me for no reason (I think they’re mad at me for taming so many of them and them all getting killed) I get down to kill them but there atttack that knocks you got me and then I got killed by a megaphirana not multiple just 1 that’s it 1 so I try again with my other paracer and 2 more attacked and then on my way back to my base I got attacked by 1 more
So bob, I was wondering if I could do a backstory thing for my characters during the war again INV. I think it would be cool since you already have a great story line for the war. My story is in Rockwell if you want to check it out. Also, I should have a quote popping up in basilo with an upcoming quote since it seems you like quotes.

Cruel Admin - Chapter 4. The Admin Ran at me, Carrying a Sword. I Ran Away. I was out of the temple in 10 Seconds Because I was Level 110 and All I pumped was movement speed since level 1. The Start of my Plan had Worked, (And also Almost went Terribly Wrong) But Even Though The Plan to Kill the Admin to end this cruelty Was going Good So Far, It was Far From over.
Cruel Admin - Chapter 2. I entered the Temple. There was a junction. So I took the left turn. Then I saw the admin discussing about their defences. i walked further. Then I took the left turn again. Dead End. Before I could walk out a grappling hook like the ones in the games where you grab a teddy and drop it down a hatch to get it grabbed me. then the admin came over and said “Looks like a unwanted guest has been caught.” Then one of his helpers said “do we execute him with the furnace? The admin said “nah. The suffering ends too quickly. Let’s do the frog.” The chapter ends here. Please up if you liked it, and if you haven’t seen part one it’s on stories on frog boi
Chapter One
The frog paced. He knew I was coming back soon. The mess that Ben The Beelzebufo had made was crazy. Ben tried to clean it up, but the arthropleurra guts kept dripping on the "cleaned up" mess and made everything dirty. "R-r-oak!" yelled the frog. I opened the door. "What..." I was at a loss for words. My Raptor White ran in the room. "Rr, rr, rnrnnn..." said White. Then Ben explained everything. I helped him clean it up. Then I went out again, riding on Leather The Pteranodon to fetch some wood. I had just about chopped down six trees when I heard a deep "oorloo, oo oo..." I ran to my cabin in the woods where I kept my Dodo, Stego, and slammed the door shut to regain my courage. Stego ran to me and cooed. I pet her. "Whaddaya think that was?" I asked the green Dodo. Stego pecked at my shoe and squawked. "You think it was a shoe monster?" I asked. "I'll check." I opened the door and saw a Stegosaurus in my face. I sighed and said, "You are the 'shoe monster?' The creature made an angry groan and whacked my legwith his tail, causing me to stumble over. Then the Dinosaur began to change. I asked, "W-what are you?"
Toxic Tales: Extra Part 1
I wanted to put out some background information so that future chapters will have fewer explanations and more of the actual story, so this will explain the biomes, the sub-biomes, and a bit of history of Toxic Tales. (Keep in mind that Toxic Tales does not take place on any in-game map.)
Poison Wyvern Island: a large island off the coast of the Troodon Woods, it has the Poison Wyvern Caverns in the south and the rest is covered in trees. It is avoided by those on the Mainland.
Prominent creatures: Poison wyverns, allos, and troodons
Sub-biomes: none
Troodon Woods: a large segment of the Mainland covered in a forest with many streams and clearings. It borders the Incitus River and the Anapos River has a small part in it. It's the only biome that never had a dominant species leading it. There is a human village in the middle of it.
Prominent creatures: Troodons and humans
Sub-biomes: Spino Delta and the Redwoods
The Scorching Sands: a desert in the far west, it is cut off from the other biomes by the Incitus River. It is a flat, arid desert with a single vital stream in the center ruled by the fire wyverns, whose trench is in the north of the biome. There is a human village in the south of it, near the Deathworm Cave, a huge cave filled with deathworms that the fire wyverns forbid creatures from entering due to how often they wouldn't return.
Prominent creatures: Fire wyverns, deathworms, and mantis.
Sub-biomes: Piranha Oasis
The Rolling Plains: a large, open plain in the center of the Mainland, it was ruled by the lightning wyverns before they were chased off by the poison wyverns in the war, and now it's known for being a chaotic biome filled with the largest creatures all in a power struggle. It has several human villages, one in the West, East, and one in the swamp. The empty lightning wyvern cave is in the center. The Asapos River separates it from the East side of the mainland. A few streams are running through it.
Prominent creatures: Gigas, rexs, formerly lightning wyverns, brontos, and quetzals.
Sub-biomes: the swamp.
P.S. I'll make a second one of these under this same creature (I don't want this to be too long) and continue the story in the next.
