If you need to fast travel to another base, stick it all in your dogs inventory, set to companion mode, fast travel and whistle and it will have all your stuff so you don't loose or drop it, I have found this extremely handy where certain biomes don't have certain things. Hope this helps.

Armadoggo spawns on Extinction inside of the city, and on the desert biome on Astreaos.

While it eats grab pet it then quickly grab the food if your fast enough you cause it to ignore the digging stage and can just drop food again and it should go right into eating again and rinse repeat until tamed!

To tame it you want to drop meat near it and pet it (you need to own bobs tall tales to tame it

For some reason the taming effectiveness drops a lot on the official servers even with kibble - figured I’d mention that. If anyone was wondering just know you weren’t the only one. It does reflect that effectiveness drops on the taming calculator though… so there’s that.

They can be found under the bridge in East South or South East spawn points

Once u set it on companion mode it always stays next to you and never dies. If you are far it will dig to you when it has low health it digs regenerates and comes back to you. Also it’s a cross between and armadillo and a Great Dane with a bit of blue corruption

1. Drop one cooked meat on the ground.

2. Doggo will come and sniff the food. Stay on the side of doggo

3. Doggo will lower his head and eat the food. Now you have a short time to pet it. (E on Pc)

4. Doggo will walk away an come back for step one - Repeat

If you drop two times one meat the doggo will stay and you can tame him faster skipping the walking away.

This is gonna be a bit overpowered, but they should add a way to blow it out of the ground like with the wasteland cars

It’s tail acts like antenna. So when using the retrieve option or come command it’s tail picks up on the signal. Bonus feature will be an extra tank for under water exploring.

Beware. When the doggo is in companion mode and you disconnect while flying and then died, because there is no floor for it to borrow, it will go poof with its inventory for good.

Do not approach with any tames - it will immediately aggro so no tame for you without leaving render.

Only problem with taming these guys that I have found is that any doggo’s nearby will attack your doggo after you finish taming. You can kill off the ones you don’t want, run away for a moment, then come back and tame the one that is left over. I used cooked prime on small tribes weekend boost and it took 5 pieces. I used a pyromane to hold the meat until I found some and put it on my shoulder before getting too close after killing the ones I didn’t want.

If you have the companion mode on and you want to cryo your companion, you need to make sure companion mode is turned off otherwise it won’t cryo.

Make a saddle then you can equip their gear

They will practically not be able to die because they go underground whenever they get low on health
