If you go in the ice lands they automatically appear with a pterosaur like a tropeognathus the new dinosaur in ark.

Use better crosbow or longneck they give more torpor I have a mastercraft longneck and he does 550 torpor.

You can find these guys in the north west snow area, just pump a few level into health and get a few bolas to deal with raptors, Sabretooth’s and what ever that scorpion thing is.

One of the easiest tames, have 15-20 tranq arrows shoot once, then run shoot it again repeat. Protect it and put meat into it along with around 30 narcotics. 👍Vot3 so people know it is not that hard!!

Heads up! There's been an update where dinos aggroed to you can't be picked up. However, if you're quick, you can still carry them if you grab them before they can react. Hope this helps!

When going on metal runs, forget about quetzals, just bring at least three of these, they are easier to tame and can do everything a quetzal can and they do more(minus the platform saddle and picking up larger dinos) plus they're faster and by the day ends you'll have thousands of metal to refine

If u have a friend in ark they can carry u on a pteranodon and u shoot with your tranqs that is how I tamed my lvl 203 wild argy.

just tamed lvl 300 argy that have very high stamina n high health but low weight and damage...i dont know i have to be happy or sad now hmmmm...

And Argy can take up 3 dinos one is on his mouth but it's a little on one his feet

En the other on his other feet but the mouth end the last feet can only take smal dino's

This is an instant tame for an argy have it in a trap have a magnifying glass have it be close to be noc then Carry body of any Dino/humanit may take a while to eat the body when it eats it noc it out I should still have green buff then look at hunger feed then tamed 😁

Melee health, and more melee!!!! Is where lvls should go. Mine named buckbeak can survive lightning wyverns and one hit brontos

On easy mode, 2 tranq darts will put a level 2 down. 1 soothing balm and 1 stego kibble will tame it. No narcs needed. Tip for those beginners on an easy solo game.

Be careful when trying to tame one you have to be reallly prepared. If your going to use a trap but forgotten the kibble well you lost that army because when they are in the trap they disappear when you go out of tender distance

Use a shotgun or crossbow. It makes life so much easier

All these people talking about cages and stuff.. look, if you are taming only one or two, just go to Far's peak and lure a bird to the top with a ptera. Then just run around firing tranqs into it, hopping on the ptera to kite it. Works mainly on low levels. Havent tried it on other mountains
