My answer to the Would you Rather question-

Personally, I’d rather infinite stamina over weight. Yes, the whole point of an agry is to carry tons of weight, but they already have tons of weight reduction on a lot of things.

Since argies are not really fast, I have to land all the time when carrying my anky, leaving both me and it exposed to predators (Keep in mind, I don’t have cryopods yet). Having infinite stamina would avoid this problem entirely.

However, this is just my opinion. I’d love to see what other people think as well!

ULTIMATE GUIDE TO TAME A ARGY

1- find a argy (try find a argy on redwood Mountain or artic biome)

2- shoot tranquilizer arrows OR tranquilizer darts on the argy

3- feed the argy

If your raising these make sure you instantly give them food. I literally just had two starv after like 20 minutes.

If you get one to follow you on a pt just lead it to the top of a mountain get of pt and shoot at it ez

Hello it’s ken. You can tame a low level argy if your a beginner in a server, you should probably bring a crossbow and 10 tranqs and listen wasting materials on a trap is not worth it.

With crossbow you only need like 5 or 4 trans arrows. But bring 10 in case. Saddle unlocks at level 62 if you want to ride it, and it’s a very helpful tame although not very fast but can hold a lot of weight

This bird will be your best friend, that one tame you see as similar to your pet will be this one

Kill something and lead the argy to the thing you killed and let it eat the thing you killed and while its healing make it unconscious it would tame faster if the argy is healing but it would be really hungry at the time.

Definitely recommend trap taming for these guys if not when they get torpor they just fly away you can also take not just with tranques but with a slingshot. If this helps like it

In reallity, its really easy to tame.

1: Do the tipical cheap trap.(Watch a video if you don’t know the trap).

2: Close the door and its trapped

3: You can knock it with arrows, darts…But the cheapest option is throwing it the boomerang.

And you have now an argentavis.

If you have a mid level pteranodon you can jump off and shoot it with tranquilizer arrows then hop on ride it a little then hop off and shoot it, do this acople times and he will be knocked out.

Get four gate ways and doors than lead the rg in than close the door and shoot it with darts find some prime meat and when you look its hugarey will decress feed it prime meat and there a new rg or first

Tamed mine with in under 20 minutes with 3 tranqs and a stack of regular raw meat. Console

You dont rlly need narcotics but i recommend using them just to be safe

I would highly recommend using argys in the manticore boss fight about 9 good leveled argys and a yutyranus can easily beat gamma and beta I have yet to test alpha but by adding more I’m sure it can be beaten

They are by no means fast but they are good at everything else; combat, grinding, carrying etc. And when leveled properly they can be the best at one specific task while still being fairly good at the other ones.

If you are on the island map then go to the dead island and then get a good level to fallow you to the main land. I got a level 65 to the main land then knocked it out

People keep on saying about the argues or other creatures missing but in mobile go on your character go on takes and it will show your tames if you press a creatures name and press request it will take some time but your creature will teleport to you

U can just knock them out with a crossbow
