Use traq arrow slowly if its not a a good level like 1-20

How to tame this .... i dont know how to but in the dead island there was so many Argys but i cant even tame one cuz there is so many Sabers,Carno,Scrop,and Raptors.. Can someone help mehh

Can carry: Gorilla Monkey Tiger Wolf Bear Horse Anything Small. Pachy pachyrino anklo Dilophosaurs. And animals samiliar to those sizes.

The Lord of all Birds..has saved me more times than can count. Very noble and magnificent creature and can haul the weight of the world on its wings. To tame just build a bird cage as tall as a stone gate way (not behemoth) and about 4 foundations size. Remember to put a ceiling and the walls should be just door frames not solid walls so you can escape after you lead it into the cage. Then once its in the cage and you escape through the door frame, go around to the front of the cage and close the door. Once trapped it just takes about 30-45 well placed tranq arrows to the head or body and it will be KO'd, even level 150. Get some raw or prime meat to tame it. You may want to leave the area for about 15 -18 minutes and then return once you found enough prime meat to feed it.. since it would be hungry by then and ready to eat. Its torpor drains very slow so dont worry about narcotic.

If you are trying to tame one kill a creature (parasaur) and traq it while it’s distracted by the body once granted I advise using kibble if your a late game player (or prime meat)

Dude I LITERALLY TAMED IT WITH only raw meat ( first you have to kill any animal near it and when it will release green aura you have to tanq it it will take max 6 to 7 arrows if it is low20 to 30 then when it knocked out then put all of raw meat you have the wallha you have a argentravis in few seconds

Tip for new players - argentavis are good flyers and they can carry 60% of dinos in ark island and best way to tame them is to first have a good health mount more then 2k health and u can use weapons on them and keep shooting them until they run and when they run u can even use longneck rifle now or u can just sit on tapejara and set argy its target and keep hiting it till it gets knock like i tamed 4 argy in my early 60 days with a 4k health sarco and after 27 days i had a op argy mutation they are good and best mount until u tame Griffins

Argents have always been beasts. It's actually better to have than Quetzals since Quetz have gotten way less useful throughout the years. These guys are beasts in metal farming with an Anky, especially on mobile.

They can be found mostly around big mountains or spawned with the hunt argy quest anyways hope this helped

Really easy to tame since a level 30 takes 8 tranq darts. It’s saddle is a mobile smithy. They do commonly spawn near the mountains, in the redwoods and in the snow. Just be careful if your doing mountains because Gigas can spawn. I find Gigas at Fars Peak

After reading some of these comments, I was really excited to finally ride an argy. Once I was able to craft the saddle, I put it on my argy. I started to flying around and as some comments stated that they’re slow, they were right, slow flyers and when argy are carrying creature they tend to be on top of the argy allowing the creature to attack if it’s wild. I do not know if that’s only me but if it’s just like that they should probably fix it. Those two are the only down side of an argy besides that everything is great, really good stamina great for carrying/transporting resources and animal as long as you’re careful.

I just bred mine and the egg is always too hot, any suggestions? I don't own an air conditioner.

I find a lot at a place where I like to call argi mountain found in redwood

I recommend making a trap with dinosaur gates, for the high level ones. I tamed a 130 like this

There usually found in the red woods by the huge mountain, I’m pretty sure there found in other places too, but the red woods works best for me. Also if ur trying to tame one aim for the head with tranqs, but if they get too bloody start aiming at the body.

It’s pritty easy just get 6-40 tranq arrows and a couple a couple ptardon I used on and don’t forget narcotics to feed when it’s getting closer to wakeing up and 2-3 stacks of meat and bring the saddle for it with you(if you don’t have a saddle for it ride the ptardon back and put it on follow) and get off the ptardon and tranq it feed it meat and narcotic.

Location mountain.

Bring. Narcotics,tranq arrows, meat, arge saddle.

These are prob one of the most helpful breeds in ark

1:you can pick up lots of helpful creatures

2:they heal from eating meat

3:they are bulky and have good health if you level there Health up

4:this is the most reliable over sized chicken in ark
