Healing argy doesnt cause it to starve anymore.

To be honest everyone’s talking about using Dino gateways to capture dinos but I never have used them. What I use is 10 pillars making a sort of u same and then stacking the rest on. I then add a ceiling to the middle pillar. I get a Argentavis to chase me and I run through the structure. Once the Argentavis is in structure, I place a stone fence behind it trapping it. I’ve done this method on a multitude of levels ranging from the basic 15 to 450.

Use a stone gateway with 3-4 stone fence foundations in front your pteranodon can get through but the argy gets trapped just close the gate behind it and tranq, use stone or better specifically because with stone wild therizino and giga are the only ones who can damage stone structures

Easy tame, no cheats:

Equipment needed. 10 or so tranq arrows

.Crossbow/bow

.lots of meat

.Soothing balm (10x)

All you have to do is fire tranq arrows at Argie keep away but it doesn’t hurt if he attacks once or twice, you can do it however you want just knock it out with tranq arrows (really simple) then place all your meat in its inventory give soothing balm and for me it went from 0.00% taming then I waited for the white line to go up and from 0 to tame it was awesome, only lvl 2 but I will upgrade him myself also try on a low lvl I haven’t tried with a high lvl I don’t have anymore soothing balm.

These things are super easy to tame except that they always live in dangerous areas. Bring a Tapejara or a pteranodon and land and dismount near some. Make sure you make sure that they are protected and that they’re on passive. Find and argy that’s high in the air that you like (use a spyglass to check the level) and start shooting with any weapon that you can equip tranq arrows/darts with. Keep an eye on your other tames and other Dino’s around and don’t die as you shoot the argy. Once it’s knocked out fly over to it with your tames and use your choice of food on it. So you have to be very careful when you encounter one of these because they might have a friend with them and if you attack one of them the other one will come and these things are good for taking stuff and try not to die to one of these I hope this helped.

Easy trap for argy! Materials: 3 giant door Gateways and 2 gates. You can use wood or Stone, but know that wood is risky and It can escape. Place The Gateways in a LINE and keep a medium space between tem, only The sufficient for your ptero to pass through. Then, place The 2 gates in both slides, keeping The middle free and open one of The gates. Go get an argy's agro and push It to your trap. Escape by one of The sides and quickly Go close The open gate and start tranquilizing It with darts or arroz, but keep an eye on The argy's health. Good Lucky! Dont need to bring narcos If using prime meat or raw mutton. Superior Kibble is recommended, but I usually use prime or raw mutton because The level gain is almost The same.

Argys aré one of the best tames, they can pick up anky's (who have like, Weight reduction on metal and obsidian if im not wrong) and be used to farm metal like crazy.

If on aberration, karkinos Is also good because It can pick two anky's and farm metal like crazy x2 whit the con of Weight and not being a flyer.

Argys aré pretty tanky and great fighters.

Theire saddle also permits them to be flying small bases due to It being a forge.

Theyre quite easy tames due to not being fast and because if theire dying you can feed them any corpse.

A trap made out of four-five wooden/stone normal Gates, two doors for these and placed infront of each other wide enough to be passed trought by you or a small tame like a raptor and you'll have one in no time.

Extremely useful. They're not fast, bred well they can hit pretty damn hard. Think of them as Jeeps of the sky. From weight reduction on nessescary resources to picking certain Dino's up. Even after the changes i.e can't pick up Baryonx they're still a must in any playthrough. Make taming Otters a breeze by their alternate beak grip

Tame 30 of these guys and click follow all, ride them all into the wild and terrorize everything in sight

It showing 3 stego kibble for 300 level arge setting 10x shooting blam, but it tame with 1 kibble. WTH!!

I tamed a level 190 while still in HIDE ARMOR and no trap on foot where is my medal

I had read you could knock them out with slingshots. Does not seem to work on mobile. Tranq arrows work great

If you have a chance of killing one thru knocking it with say a crossbow, you can set your stuff aside and put down a sleeping bag. Then you feed yourself to it, it heals, you respwan at camping bag and get your stuff, and knock it. Works best with a trap

I went right on the edge of the Arctic area. There will be allosaurus, sabers, and scorpions and argies. Dart them and clear the area, feed anything on the list as long as you have narcs. No trap needed just use a longneck and darts. Happy Taming!😀

The argy did 569 damage it level 288

After you tame it, boost up its stamina and weight, (Depends on the level) because if you put everything you need to make smithy items he will go slow,and that would lead to you burning up its stamina.

Hit it on a flyer then make it follow you just behind you to a safe place then knock it out the feed it primes and you are set
