Info says you can't use traq darts because it's 100 percent death chance but I tamed like 4 of this dudes using trap darts 🤔

I have 6 Alli's it's really easy to get them

1: build a stone trap with a ramp on the side

2: lure the allo with any flyer up the ramp into the trap

3: tranq allo and tame

Try to find one that isn’t in a pack so the don’t kill you over and over.

Separating a pack is way harder than the actual taming part

How To Tame An Allosaurus:

1. Prepare. get a harpoon launcher with net projectiles, a shotgun incase something goes wrong, a longneck rifle w/tranq darts and regular bullets, and a strong and fast mount, like a Carno, Therizino or Raptor

2. Search for a pack of Allosaurus, they can be found in the Grasslands, Mountains and Redwoods.

3. If one is a good level, use your longneck’s regular bullets to kill the others, and use a net gun to immobilize the Allo,

4. Use your longneck’s tranq darts to knock it out, then feed it some food, usually Raw Prime Meat or Superior Kibble does the job.

5. Name your Allosaurus! They have a strong pack boost, so tame like 5 others, get some mutations on them because a pack of Allos are able to shred through the bosses(uh..not the Dragon or Overseer, don’t use them for that.)

Taming isnt the problem playing alone is the real challenge

Just find out a really simple and cheap trap:

4 - Metal outdoor.

1 - Large bear trap.

And works pretty simple: Guide the wild allo into the trap (three outdoors in box style and the bear trap on the middle) then boom, just trap inside with the remaining outdoor.

For me, every time I travel far from my base my Allos will always somehow teleport out of my base. Sometimes it brings all my other creatures with it. Even when encumbered! They are also a pain in the ass to tame.

In the tips (for all dinos) I always see people say they are the most difficult things to tame they really aren’t its particularly easy when your a high level but for allos just build a taming pen I see people say use a tapejara and latch onto red wood trees that’s stupid because thylas are a thing in the redwoods allos are a bit more difficult than a rex and rex’s are super easy but it’s kinda the same principle...avoid the pointy bits thankfully allos don’t have a super high amount of torpor there stats are around spino stats not exactly but close...ish allos also do pretty good in some of the boss fights due to the pack buff and insane amount of dps they can dish out. They aren’t as good as a megalosaurus stat wise but still really good with a army of max level allos you can kill gigas (wild) expect to lose some but when you tame them use a taming pen it’s just easier if you have a high level argent witch I would assume you would considering argy saddle is 62 and allo saddle is a bit higher I can’t really remember but if you have high level argy kill the ones you don’t want and lead the one or however many you want to a taming pen knock them out with whatever crossbow longneck with tranq darts I would use longneck with tranq darts but I hope everyone enjoys there allos and if you read all the way to this point I appreciate it I know this is long but I like giving as much info as I can if you really want to know out to tame allos or any other Dino in ark subscribe to phlinger phoo on YouTube he is the best ark Youtuber check out his ark basics

REQUIREMENTS

Low lvl: lvl 30, lvl 45, etc.

-Primitve Long Neck Rifle/Primitive Crossbow.

-Narcotics x50-70 or Bio-Toxin x40 Below.

-Prime Meat 1-Half Stacks or x3 Diplo Kibble.

-Journeyman or Ramshackle Flak Armor and Chitin Armor will be helpfull on protecting you.

-Lots of stone traps (To kill the low lvls and secure the high lvl)

High lvl: lvl 150, lvl 450 lvl 125

-Ascendant Long Neck Rifle/Ascendant Crossbow.

-A soothing Balm (If you want) (Only in Mobile)

-x3-x6 Diplo Kibble

-Ascendant Flak gear or Ramshackle/Journeyman TEK gear would be appreaciated for protection

-lots of stone traps (to kill low lvls and secure the high lvl)

Alright lets get started!

Step 1: Find an Allo (PC and Consle: Allos are found in Ragnorok, Extinction, Island, Centre. Mobile: Allos are uncommon in mobile they are found in some mountains and the Redwood River and Green obelisk and Red Obelisk.)

Step 2: If you have a strong mount like a Rex or Spino lead the low lvls to the trap, dont kill them once theyre trap cuz when your out of Diplo Kibble then you dont have prime meat so meat is the only choice and it also the only food that lowers Taming Effectiveness faster not to mention other Berries exept for Mejos

Step 3: Lure the high lvl allo in the trap then proceed to KO it, now kill the remaining low lvls for prime meat and put them with the Bio or Narcotics in the Allos Inventory

Step 4: Just wait for the Allo to tame and keep killing enemies when the Allo is still KO"d

Wohoo! You got yourself a Pack muel! An Allosaurus! Meaning "Weird Lizard"!🦖🏇🥳🥳

Now lets go to its abilities!

ABILITY 1- Allos have a leader buff so if youve tamed 3 or 4 the high lvl will be the Alpha and the other high lvl will become a Beta Male or Female

ABILITY 2- Allos have a roar and have a bleed effect simalar to a Giga but sadly only Beta Males or Females and Leaders can only do the roar and bleed effect though :'(

Now lets go to the allos dissabillities theres only 1 in this! :')

DISSABILITY 1- Allos have a good turning radius and HP and damage too but the worst part of it is its stamania, you see when your at easy mode and tame a lvl 5 Its just horrible Thd stam is 200 below.

Just use a tapejara and then attach to a rock then shoot it with tranq

Make a pen

Get a wyvern

Pick up the alpha alla (so far I've had luck with picking the right one up and getting one that's level 130+

Tame it! I recommend raw mutton. Make sure to wait a few seconds in between hits, you may kill them and take awhile to go unoncious between the final hit.

If you get a pack of them they'll bace alpha boost (most likely mate boost) and the bleed out effect.

Tame the alpha in the pack kill the others and don’t try to tame all 3- bread (I will put tips on almost every other Dino)

I honestly perfer these guys over rexes for a few reasons. More speed, pack damage, plus they are alot easier to mate. They can actually have about the same amount of health, (Maybe just a bit less, but it's really close). When you ride the alpha and use it's roar,the damage is insane. One allosaurus would (Probably) lose against one rex, but a pack of the same amount of allosaurus verses the same amount of rexes would win if you build health and attack. I also perfer these over carnos because one yut.. (Hairy T Rex, can't remember the name), would probably destroy your whole carno pack.

Just don’t mess with them in a group

whenever i see an allo their always in packs of 3 and ones a high level but the over 2 are a low level so me and my friend kill the two weak ones and sometimes tame the other one

I can’t tame these dang it things. I found them next to a mountain and lured them near it, and flew up the mountain till they couldn’t follow me, but they still found a way up so I flew away, and they followed me all the way down to the swamp. I can’t even I hate these. Whoever said they’re an easy tame is wrong. They can literally climb up all rocks and it makes me so mad cause when I tame things I go on rocks and shoot them, but with allos that doesn’t work. I want one so bad they’re beasts. But I mean they’re harder to knock out than a rex. I already have a rex but can’t get an allo.
