It's a very simple and straightforward tame; scary, but simple nonetheless, and honestly quite fun once you get the gist of it. You'll be just fine if you follow the instructions left by other commenters.
Do keep in mind they can bait you with a bellow instead of a roar, only approach if they're roaring LOUD. If they bellow, keep attacking to force them back into defensive stance (sometimes they'll even do the loud roar right after the bellow).
Yes, they can go into boss fights, and yes, they have higher dps and hp than rexes. Their bite is weaker, but the stomp is almost triple the damage of anything a rex can do, and the A.I of tamed Acros uses it constantly, so you'll be doing big damage to bosses constantly with an army of them.

Fun fact! The acrocanthosaurus is a carchadontosairide so it is related to therapods like the giga and the carch

This dino was a mod dino before finally its coming to vanilya ASA!
If you guys play ascended and tame exes, don't waste time on them just use deinosuchus or acrocanthosaurus instead.
So there is a new Dino! Here is what I think of it! First I think it will be an INCREDIBLY big, fast Dino and it will have great dmg. It looks like itβll have good stamina and weight too, and also a high level saddle. Also maybe a rage or carnage buff? Smth to do with night vision maybe, or a buff call? Anyway, it seems cool and looks awesome.
BY THE WAY this is posted prior to the release of this Dino so donβt think βoh it has a rage buff?β Cuz it might not. Thx! (ALSO wildcard, Iβm only asking once but hoping to rash an army but can we PLEASE have Maip (the raptor) cuz it seems so cool)
