There are 4 ways to get a higher quality version of this item:

1. Less naked pursuit (this is for mobile players)

If you wear a full set of cloth armor while having the pursuit "Less Naked" active, you will compete the pursuit, getting 100 exp and cloth boots of a random rarity.

2. Free gifts (this is for mobile players)

If you claim a free gift while being around a level less than 10, you will have a chance to get this item as a blueprint.

3. Loot drops

If you loot the blue and yellow loot crates in the swamp cave and snow cave, you will have a chance to get this item.

4. Killing alpha raptors

They are the only alpha that drops these, as an item.
