This refers to the unobtainable item found in the inventory of obelisks and tek teleporters on old ark mobile, it acts more as a button as you can select the item then press the access dungeon button to bring up a menu that allows you to access a few dungeons that will never change since the devs gave up on this game so they left us with those dungeons.

It cannot be crafted dispite the recipe shown and its item image is a facility key.
