Argentavis Talons are obtained by defeating Argentavis and are primarily used as tribute items to summon certain bosses. They have little practical use outside of boss preparation and cannot be eaten, worn, or crafted into useful equipment. Players often discard or display them for fun once they have no plans to summon those bosses.
