For the person that asked about the polymer engram level: 48, you make it with obsidian and cementing paste, at a fabricator

Obsidian is found in caves and very high mountains, the volcano is good as long as you go with a flying tame, argentavis is great because it reduces weight, also, bring at least 4 argentavis, since some obsidian is stuck under rocks and metal rocks, plus a lot of metal is good

To make the fabricator work you’ll need gasoline: oil+hide -> burn on furnace ( oil is found in the ocean)

Best thing to get organic poly from is a mantis I think. That’s the most efficient way I can think of any way

Go to poly cave on crystal isles with a dodec and hit the bee hives u get a ton in no time

Use oil and organic polymer to make soap to stop the spoil time and store it grind it for polymer

club/sword yields more but argy is faster and gets weight reduction. fly around killing penguins and get a lot quickly, no over encumber, no dismount, fly home.

Beehive cave on crystal with a chainsaw never need poly again

Just go to the desert in ragnarok and bring a strong tame (wyverns are great) kill all the mantis’s you see and harvest their bodies with a chainsaw. That gives the most poly I’ve ever seen mantis and chainsaw, or the giant crabs and a chainsaw

Best and most efficient way is to tame a dire bear go to Crystal honey cave use the bear to kill the bears(the bear protects you from the stings which dismounts you) this way you have practically no way of dying except if you hit the other dire bears, after you think you have killed most of the bees get out a chainsaw and start brrrrr on the honey

Not sure how well this would work, just spit balling but what if you made a organic polymer auto farm with penguins and hyeanodons with meatpack saddles? Basically you make a enclosed area and have a bunch of penguins breeding and a couple of hyeanodons with meatpack saddles on aggressive kill the penguin off spring and yes sometimes they won’t harvest the body but they should get most of them especially if you make it really small. This is based off of Syntac’s element dust farm go check it out if you want a better idea of what I’m talking about. I’m gonna try it out myself.
